Nastia Liukin is showing off the best "views" she's seen in ages while topless and only in bikini bottoms. The 32-year-old Olympic gymnast has been sharing snaps from her recent Costa Rica vacation, where she indulged in some wellness and topped up her tan.

In her photo, Liukin posed back to the camera and wearing a tiny pair of bikini bottoms. Read on to learn about the activities that help her stay in shape, as well as the photographs that prove they work—and don't forget to check out the Top Celebrity Swimsuit Moments to become beach-ready too!

She Eats A Big Breakfast

Nastia keeps in shape despite having retired back in 2012, aged just 22. She kicks off the day with a healthy meal and pre-workout, telling The Cut:

"I like to eat something very small beforehand, whether it’s a banana or a piece of fruit, and I have coffee. It was the same when I was in gymnastics. After my workout I’ll have a bigger breakfast, like an omelet with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and maybe some chicken or something. Making sure to get enough protein in is extremely important for me to this day. It keeps you full longer."

She Loves Boxing

The fitness queen, who also boasts a sneaker collab with APL, also likes to keep her workouts varied.

"I love boxing with my trainer. I love barre classes and hot yoga. I love Pilates. That really elongates you, but it’s also important to do some kind of cardio and now that the weather’s nice I love running along the West Side. It’s a beautiful view. I take spinning classes, too," she added.

She Says 'Have A Cookie'

Liukin might eat clean, but she has room for sweat treats. Mentioning her Olympic gymnast mother and her philosophies, the Russian-born star continued:

"I also remember my mom telling me, 'If you want a cookie, have a cookie.' Because then you’re going to get to a point where just like you want ten cookies and you’re going to eat ten. So allow yourself to have that. Yeah, maybe don’t have a cookie every single day, but if you want one, then have one. It’s all about having that balance and not getting too crazy about it because that’s definitely not good for anybody."

She Lives Life To The Fullest

The five-time Olympic medalist also noted appreciating the moment.

"I believe in being able to just live your life and be happy and comfortable with it, but be active and take care of your body because it’s the only body that you have. You’re not going to be able to replace it. It’s like my gold medal — you just can’t get another one," she said.

Nastia might be retired, but her legacy lives on via the annual Nastia Cup.

She Practices Good Mindfulness

The Mayo Clinic states that mindfulness can help with anxiety. Experts state:

"Spending too much time planning, problem-solving, daydreaming, or thinking negative or random thoughts can be draining. It can also make you more likely to experience stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression. Practicing mindfulness exercises can help you direct your attention away from this kind of thinking and engage with the world around you."
