Kendall Jenner In Bathing Suit Enjoys 818 Tequila

Kendall Jenner has been flaunting her stunning figure while in skimpy bikini bottoms and poolside. The supermodel, 26, recently updated her Instagram to promote her 818 tequila brand, founded in 2021. Kendall stunned as she showed off her catwalk queen body in blue bikini bottoms, also holding a bottle of her best-selling tequila as she told fans: "@drink818 by the pool." The post has topped 8 million likes.

She Likes Morning Workouts

Kendall gets up early to hit the gym or head out to Pilates.

"I prefer to work out in the morning," she said while speaking with Harper's BAZAAR U.S.

"To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class." Kendall is also often spotted heading to classes with fellow model Hailey Bieber.

She Loves Frozen Yogurt

The pasta lover might wolf down carbs, but she's super healthy. Speaking of what she likes to eat, including her favorite snacks, Jenner revealed:

"I'm also obsessed with frozen yogurt. I could eat it every day, but I aim for twice a week to treat myself. I usually get the classic Tart flavor from Go Greek." Here, she also mentioned winding down and wellness, continuing: "To relax, a massage is always nice, but I'll mostly get caught up on sleep or lounge at home with my sisters."

She Loves Vegan Options

Name-dropping her favorite dining spots in L.A., the sister to Kylie Jenner continued:

"I love Nobu for sushi or Craig's, where I order the vegan spaghetti Bolognese or Margherita pizza. I always make sure to have one or two nights a week out with friends, where I'll get dressed up for dinner and be social. I think part of staying inspired and happy really comes from surrounding yourself with the right energy."

She Weight Trains

Kendall has been filmed pumping iron in the gym. Stanford Children's Health reports:

"Before a teen embarks on a weight-training program, he or she should get a physical exam. Once the doctor has given the OK to begin, find a weight-training instructor who understands the special needs of adolescents. Because the skeleton isn't mature until the early 20's, too much weight can stress the joints and ligaments and may separate growth plates or damage joints in other ways." 

She Values Good Sleep

Kendall is nearly always on a plane. The Calvin Klein face is known for drinking lots of water to combat flight dehydration, but she also values her beauty sleep.

"I have to sleep at least seven to eight hours to be fully awake for the next day, so I try to get to bed as soon as I can. I've trained myself to fall asleep anywhere possible, in the car or on a flight," she revealed. Kendall also battles anxiety and bravely opened up on it.
