She Is Honest To Herself

In her cover story for Glamour, Cuoco bares all with candid confidence, talking about the struggles she has experienced behind the success. Kaley admitted that despite a soaring career, it hasn't been easy for her.

"I’ve been very open [on social media] that I’ve struggled this last year. And because I am so capable and strong, I wanted people to see, it’s not all magic and it’s not all easy. I struggle with what I want, what I think I’m supposed to have. Being fearful, being scared of what the future holds."

Despite two failed marriages, Kaley is adamant that she still believes in love. Although she admitted in the Glamour interview that she never wants to marry again, she says that she will always be optimistic about love.

"There are great people that come into your life and they leave your life. And there are reasons for all of it. The minute that I agree to let it go, someone else magical comes into my life. So I do believe there is someone out there. I love love. I’m not someone that wants to be by myself."

She Values Her Friends

She highly values her friends, especially bestie Zosia Mamet, who plays her on-screen BFF in The Flight Attendant. Kaley celebrated her friendship with Zosia with a matching tattoo of the text "boop", a special word that signifies the start of their relationship many years ago.

"I ‘booped’ you many years ago @zosiamamet . Glad we made it official," she captioned her post on Instagram.

She Knows Her Worth

When she was still doing The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco demanded to be paid equally as her male counterparts. The whole cast banded together and negotiated their salaries to $1 million per episode.

“I knew that I was equal to them from day one,” Cuoco said to Variety. “And that was never questioned in my experience with ‘Big Bang’ — which I will always appreciate, because it set a standard for me."

She Advocates For Therapy

After her divorce from Karl Cook, Cuoco went to therapy for the first time in her life. She now advocates for therapy and says it has done wonders for her.

"My therapist and I are working on forgiveness and forgiving myself for making mistakes. I think that's been the hardest thing is just accepting that I’m normal and that I’m not superwoman. I highly recommend therapy to everyone out there. Even if your life is going really well. I can’t imagine life without it," she tells Glamour.

Therapy helps greatly in treating mental health issues. It effectively relieves stress, helps resolve conflicts, and teaches people to better cope with problems.

She Has A Great Sense Of Humor

When she lost to Catherine O'Hara of Schitt's Creek at the SAG awards, Cuoco graciously joked about the situation. Instead of sulking, she laughed it off by posting a video clip of herself watching a scene from the comedy series, calling it her "favorite show".

"Goodnight and thank you @sagawards ! Wow am I grateful to be a freakin actor 💯💓 Now to continue binging my favorite show 😉," she shared on Instagram.

She Exercises Regularly

To keep physically fit, Kaley exercises regularly. She often shares snippets of her workout sessions on her Instagram feed and they are no joke! From cardio runs to strength training, Kaley does it all.

According to Cuoco's personal trainer Ryan Sorensen, she loves a good challenge and doesn't stop until she gets it right. "Kaley’s favorite workouts are the ones that challenge her,” he told Today. “If she has a hard time doing something at first, she’ll want to do that exercise every single time until she gets it."

She Makes Time For Her Passion

Her busy schedule doesn't stop her from pursuing her passion for horseback riding. Entertainment Tonight previously reported that Kaley sometimes secretly joins competition shows, although she likes to keep everything under wraps.

"Bringing paparazzi to horse shows is not a great idea,” Cuoco explained. “It spooks the horses, so I've actually started showing under a secret name. I have a little bit of an alias which would be really stupid if I said the name right now, so I've been trying to steer clear of being super noticeable, but it’s a little bit hard when you’re being followed around.”

She Uses Her Voice For Good

Cuoco is a huge animal lover and often uses her platform to spread awareness of important causes.

"Everyone knows I'm a huge dog lover, a huge animal lover in general, and just try and use my voice whenever it's appropriate. Even if you're not ready to take a dog on, I always say go [to a shelter] and just give your time volunteering," she shared to US Weekly.
