Anna Kendrick has been stunning fans in a cute bikini top and miniskirt as she straddles a bicycle while on vacation. The actress was all smiles in a fun Instagram share back in 2021, posting from a tropical destination and proving that her love of exercise extends to just about anything. Throwing in her sense of humor, the Love Life star showed off her toned legs, writing: "Moments before riding (crashing) a bike for the first time since I was 11. ❤️‍🩹"

She Doesn't Restrict Foods

Anna eats healthy, but the 36-year-old refuses to deprive herself of the foods she loves. "The times in my life when I tried to restrict the foods I love always backfired, and I ended up feeling miserable. For me, it's all about really being present in my body, not depriving it," she told Shape.

"My favorite food is macaroni and cheese. Carbs and dairy—that's the kind of life I'm all about. And I definitely do like sweets," she added.

She Swears By Ginger

The pint-sized star also name-dropped one ingredient she swears by on the health front, continuing: "I am powered by ginger. I keep wellness shots of ginger, lemon, and cayenne from Pressed Juicery in my fridge. If I'm traveling and I can't have ginger, I'll feel sick. There was a time when I was in Germany for three months and I couldn't find a crushed-juice place. So I bought a juicer and a bunch of ginger to make it myself because I was positive it was the only thing keeping me alive."

Medical News Today reports: "Antioxidants and other nutrients in ginger root may help prevent or treat arthritis, inflammation, and various types of infection."

She Loves Peanut Butter Bars

Ensuring she gets her protein and healthy fats in early on in the day, Anna kicks off with her favorite bar. She told Shape: "If I don't eat within five minutes of waking up, I will tear your face off. Honestly, that's the reason I get out of bed. I always eat the same thing: a vegan Pure Organic Ancient Grain peanut butter bar. But they discontinued it. I have a stockpile of them, and it's dwindling."

She Likes To Walk 'Vigorously'

Anna is also into old-fashioned walks, telling TV host Ellen Degeneres that she's into walking "vigorously" alongside practicing Pilates. On the plus side, when it's raining, Anna has a treadmill to hand.

She'll Try Anything

On making sure her body moves in a varied way, the Pitch Perfect star has also told Shape: "I went through phases of yoga, Pilates, barre classes, and running. The only thing I've never tried, because I know I would be bad at it, is workouts where they yell at you: 'Come on! Get those knees up!'"
