WWE star Carmella, born Leah Van Dale, is looking super fit in a gym-ready look that also doubles up as loungewear. The pro wrestler and workout queen recently took a break from her grueling sweat sessions, even lying on her back for a bit of a chill flop as she showed off her killer abs in a matching sweats look. Carmella wrote: "Mood" while awaiting a flight at an airport on her Instagram, with the photo showing her in a blue cropped hoodie and matching pants as she lay near her Louis Vuitton luggage.

She Loves Sushi And Pizza

Carmella says she eats 70% clean, and her diet includes a fair amount of restaurant food. Speaking to Parade, the blonde revealed:

"I love to eat! I don’t follow a particular diet so I love trying anything and everything! I’m constantly on the road so I’ve crowned myself as “The Yelp Queen.” I love finding new restaurants in different cities and trying their best dishes. It’s become a new tradition for my boyfriend and I when we are on the road. I would have to say sushi and pizza and my favorites!"

She Eats Fresh Fruit

Carmella gets in her vitamins and minerals the natural way. "I try to find a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s or any natural market I can when I’m on the road. When I’m in pinch, I rely on egg white bites from Starbucks. One of my favorite go-to snacks is fresh fruit," she added. The Mayo Clinic notes that outside of regular food sources, vitamins can be ingested via supplements, stating:

"Nutritional supplements are meant to complement a healthy diet, not replace it. If you're generally healthy and eat a wide variety of foods, you probably don't need nutritional supplements."

"In certain cases, however, fortified foods and dietary supplements may be useful in providing one or more nutrients," experts add.

She Follows A 70/30 Diet Rule

Carmella balances out her healthy eats with cheat foods. She also told Parade:

"I don’t follow a specific diet. I try to eat clean 70% of the time; fruits, veggies, nuts etc. The other 30% of the time I eat what I want. It’s important not to deprive yourself because then you overindulge when you give in. At least that’s how it works for me."

She Focuses On Healthy Body Image

The Massachusetts native noted past body image insecurities as she continued: "As a dancer, I always struggled with my weight and not thinking I was thin enough. I look back at pictures and I was rail thin but I put so much pressure on myself to look a certain way."

She's Learned To Love Her Body

The Instagram sensation also values positivity. She concluded: "It’s been a long journey, but I’ve learned to love my body and what it does for me."
