Bebe Rexha In Bathing Suit Shows 'Little Gift'

Bebe Rexha is currently living her best island life! The singer treated her Instagram followers to a "little gift" while sporting a skimpy bathing suit that showed off her bombshell body.

She Celebrates Her Curves

Bebe is not one to hide her body because she is proud of her curves! Currently on island time, the 32-year-old babe uploaded a series of summer photos, featuring a Rick Owens black monokini that highlighted her curves - her "little gift" for her 10.7 million followers.

"Together the world could be ours. Swipe for a little gift," she captioned her post.

She Champions Body Positivity

Bebe is all about body positivity and she continues to inspire her followers to be proud of their curves. One of the ways she champions a healthy body image is by posting unedited pictures of her bikini body.

In one of her Instagram posts, she explained that she chooses not to make her stomach look flatter or her legs thinner with editing apps, and prefers showcasing her body as it is.

"Here is what a real woman looks like on Instagram without photoshop," she wrote alongside the bikini photo.

She Makes Working Out More Fun

Working out routinely can become boring but Bebe has found a way to spice up her sessions. Jamming to some of her fave songs while flexing her muscles certainly make her exercises more fun.

Bebe works out with celebrity fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins and likes mixing up her routine. Some of her favorite activities are running, yoga, pilates, and boxing.

"One day we’ll do yoga; one day we’ll do Pilates. We can run one day or box, which is my favorite," she told Health. "I deal with my anxiety by working out. I can get out my aggression or anything I’m feeling I just want to get rid of."

She Doesn't Starve Herself

When it comes to diet, Bebe doesn't believe in depriving herself but she makes an effort to eat clean. She cuts out carbs and doesn't eat bread when she is trying to be healthy. Additionally, cheese, dairy, and unhealthy sauces are also ruled out. However, she still eats the occasional slice of pizza.

"I don’t deprive myself. I just don’t think that’s fun. I can be very clean," she said in the interview.

Carbohydrates aren't all bad, says the Mayo Clinic. Whole grains and fiber are essential for good health, as they provide energy for the body. However, refined carbs with added sugar can be extremely unhealthy if consumed excessively.

She Is A Mental Health Advocate

A couple of years ago, Bebe was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Instead of hiding her truth, the artist chose to go public to spread awareness about the disease. She spoke with New York Times about why it was important for her to speak up.

"I think that when I was young and going through anxiety and depression and feeling really lonely, I would have loved to hear about one of my favorite celebrities or artists or somebody that I looked up to talking about that, ’cause then I would feel less alone … That’s why I like to be really open with my mental health [issues], and hopefully it helps whoever out there needs it in some way, shape or form."
