Hailey Bieber is stunning in a skimpy swim look while showing her donuts vibes. The supermodel and wife to singer Justin Bieber has been making headlines for announcing a new skincare line and it seemed she was offering a preview back in a January Instagram share.

Stripped to a tiny tan bikini as she sent out her flawless skin and figure, the 25-year-old wrote: "Glazed" with donut emoji, adding: "Skin all 2022. Tell a friend."

She Likes Fish & Lentils

Hailey keeps her figure trim with a healthy diet, but she doesn't necessarily follow the latest trends. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine,” she told Harper's Bazaar.

“I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.”

She Does Boxing For Cardio

Touching on her exercise regimen, the YSL ambassador added:

“I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That’s probably my favorite workout. I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health.”

She Does A Steam For Self-Care

Also noting how she winds down after workouts, the model continued: "I love to be able to like sweat in a steam and then follow it with cold water, especially during the flu season or if you feel a cold coming on. It’s a good stress-relieving too." Of stress and anxiety, the Mayo Clinic states:

"Your brain comes hard-wired with an alarm system for your protection. When your brain perceives a threat, it signals your body to release a burst of hormones that increase your heart rate and raise your blood pressure. This 'fight-or-flight" response fuels you to deal with the threat," adding: "Once the threat is gone, your body is meant to return to a normal, relaxed state. Unfortunately, the nonstop complications of modern life and its demands and expectations mean that some people's alarm systems rarely shut off."

She Drinks Tons Of Water

Hailey knows that hydration is key, especially after all those hot Pilates sessions. "I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important," she told Elle. Hailey is often also spotted grabbing post-class smoothies with BFF Kendall Jenner.

She Knows What Causes Breakouts

Knowledge is power. The beauty queen has also stated:

"When I went on birth control for the first time a few years ago, my skin totally changed. I’d never had any kind of acne before, whereas now I’ll get hormonal breakouts from that.”
