She Runs On Egg Whites & Turkey Bacon

Eva gets her miles in on a daily basis. The told The Cut: "I’m a runner, so I usually get up at seven — it depends because I always get eight hours of sleep. I try to wake up and immediately work out. I get up, put on my sunblock and running hat, and I’m off."

The Latina added: "I like to work out in the morning because the day gets away from me and I will never do it in the afternoon — I get too tired. After I run I eat probably the same thing every morning, which is egg whites with spinach and turkey bacon."

She Makes Wellness A Priority

Touching on how people claim to be too busy to prioritize their wellness, Longoria continued: "I think people waste more time than they think. They think I don’t have time to meditate, or I don’t have time to work out, and yet they have time to be on Instagram for 30 minutes — like, that could have been their meditation session. You have to prioritize your time and efforts toward wellness."

She Cheats With Chips Ahoy!

The super healthy eater did, however, reveal her favorite cheat food, and it isn't fancy truffles or a ganache chocolate cake. "Chips Ahoy. It’s not very healthy. Pepe [Longoria’s fiancé] will be like, “Who bought this?” and I’ll be like “Ehhhhhhh,'" she stated.

The Mayo Clinic states that a healthy diet should include "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Loves Meditation

Keeping her mental health in check as well as her physical health, Eva takes the time to meditate and keep herself zen.

"It’s the first thing that gets cut if I run out of time, but it’s also one of the most important things. If I can do it three, four times a week then I feel successful. It’s also a form of prayer. I’m pretty spiritual and religious, so if you pray that’s also a form of meditation. It’s focusing your mind on a higher power," she states.

She Loves Trampoline Workouts

Fun ranks highly for the A-Lister actress, who's also into trampoline workouts. "You really have to focus on the routine and memorize the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that," she told Women's Health.
