Nicole Scherzinger has big-time impressed her Instagram followers by posing in the side splits while in a skimpy bikini. The 43-year-old signer and reality judge showed off her insane flexibility in a recent share, celebrating vacation time in Mexico and posing from the pool while in her challenging position. Nicole flaunted her toned body while in her swimwear, writing:

She Loves Hot Yoga

Nicole is always keeping active, and it's never repetitive with her. The "Buttons" hitmaker told Women's Health: "When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA."

“I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done," she added.

She Makes Workouts Social

The Masked Singer judge prefers her sweat sessions to be social. She continued: "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things. We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."

The Mayo Clinic states: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Eats Sushi & Full Breakfasts

Even dishing what lands on her plate, the Hawaii native listed a wide variety of foods, from vegetables to cheat treats. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi," Nicole told Women's Health.

She Allows Room For Cheat Foods

"When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots," Scherzinger continued. Of course, she used the British term for chips - "crisps."

She Thinks 'Love' Is Good Health Advice

The yogi also noted health linking to happiness, concluding: "Love and accept yourself. Get lots of sleep - sleep really makes such a huge difference. Drink lots of water. Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation."
