Gabrielle Union In Bathing Suit Enjoys 'Miami Vices'

Gabrielle Union enjoyed a sizzling date week with her husband Dwayne Wade. The good-looking pair shared snippets of their vacation on Instagram, showcasing some of the "Miami vices" they enjoyed.

She Regularly Dates Her Husband

Romance shouldn't stop when you are married, which is why these two lovebirds are still busy dating each other.

Despite their busy schedules, spending quality time together is a priority for these two, who have been married for seven years. Last week, they jetted off to Miami for a whole week of sun, sand, champagne, and massages.

"Miami Vices 🥂🍾☀️🌞🌊🌊💆🏾‍♀️," Gabrielle captioned her Instagram post, which showed snippets of their beach trip.

"Best Date Week Ever," Dwayne commented under the post.

She Exercises Her Glutes

Gabrielle looks so good in a bikini because she works out regularly. Aside from her cardio runs and strength training, one of her main focuses is exercising her glutes.

To keep her butt toned, Gabrielle does a lot of weighted squats and lunges. She likes mixing up her workouts so she doesn't get bored but her go-to fitness moves have always been squats and lunges.

"You can do those anywhere. I keep a resistance band in my backpack that I bring to work every day. I can just do side shuffles and leg lifts and squats with the resistance band," she told Women's Health.

She Does Pilates

Another one of her favorite exercises is Pilates. As she told Women's Health, she sometimes takes out her frustrations on the machine so the humans around her can get a break.

"I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule. The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings. It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear."

She Cuts Down On Gluten And Dairy

While she isn't a fan of extreme dieting, Gabrielle has cut down on consuming dairy and gluten. She is not super strict about what she eats but makes sure that her body is getting a lot of vegetables.

"I try to make my plate like a rainbow," she told Us Weekly. "So, if you can work in some sweet potatoes or some yams or some yellow peppers, just to try to make your plate as colorful as possible."

Plant-based foods like fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrition, per Mayo Clinic. Eating nutrient-dense vegetables frequently can decrease the risk of cancer, fight inflammation, and also help you maintain a healthy weight.

She Drinks A Gallon Of Water Everyday

Aside from cleaning up her diet, she has also eliminated sugary drinks, replacing them with lots of water. Gabrielle previously shared with US Weekly that she drinks a gallon of water every day.

"The sodas, the coffee drinks…replace all of those with water. I do a gallon of water a day…It's really, really helpful when you're trying to lose weight."
