Gisele Bundchen In Bathing Suit Shows 'Mother's Love'

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is stunning in a bikini as she honors being a mom. The Brazilian-born icon marked Mother's Day on Instagram this year, sharing a beach shot of herself and kids Benjamin and Vivian and going angelic in a white two-piece.

"A mother’s love. An indescribable feeling that challenges and inspires us to be better for our children--and to our children. I feel blessed to keep receiving the gift of being a mother to special beings who teach me so much every day," the former Victoria's Secret Angel wrote.

She's Zen To The Max

Bundchen is a giant yogi, with her calming practices also including meditation. “Meditation has been an unimaginable reward in my life. Simply 10 minutes of follow a day can change your day–and creating a daily meditation follow can change your life,” she told her Instagram followers. “It has remodeled mine! If meditation is difficult for you, maybe you can begin off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. No matter works finest for you.”

She Eats Plant-Based

Speaking to Marie Claire about her diet, also including her husband Tom Brady in the conversation, Gisele said: "We eat mostly a plant-based diet. It makes us feel good, and it also has less of an impact on the environment, but I’m not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation. My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate."

"We believe that by buying locally, we’ll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers," she added.

She Loves Biking And Horseback Riding

Confirming she isn't one for indoor treadmills, the catwalk queen dished: "I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature. Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

She Eats Balanced And Natural

Gisele follows a healthy diet packed with organic foods, whole grains, and fresh vegetables. The Mayo Clinic outlines guidelines for those eyeing up "natural" or "organic" foods, stating:

"Natural" and "organic" are different. Usually, "natural" on a food label means that the product has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. "Natural" on a label doesn't have to do with the methods or materials used to grow the food ingredients. Also, be careful not to mix up other common food labels with organic labels."

She Loves Dark Chocolate

For a treat, Gisele loves antioxidant-packed dark chocolate. “Chocolate will be part of a nutritious diet. Like all meals, the much less processed it’s, the higher it’s. On this case, extra cocoa and fewer added fats and sugar permits us to extend our phytonutrient consumption with out empty energy.  Add just a little cocoa to your morning espresso, oatmeal, or smoothie,” The Mayo Clinic tells the public.
