Salma Hayek In Bathing Suit Flaunts Natural Beauty

On the red carpet, Salma always looks glamorous but on Instagram, she is not afraid to go natural. The actress posed in a bathing suit without a stitch of makeup on, revealing her bare skin, wrinkles, and grey hairs. Fans were thrilled to see her looking radiant and confident in the unretouched photo.

Posing on a tree, the Latina beauty served impressive poses in a cleavage-baring swimsuit that highlighted her still-amazing curves.

She is not a big fan of working out at the gym but she does love to dance. As she told People, she barely has time to exercise and doesn't have the discipline to commit to a strict workout regimen, "Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that."

However, Salma enjoys dancing, especially when she is with friends. She has posted several dance videos on her social media and even started a dance challenge to promote the Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard.

Dancing is a popular aerobic activity that can help you become more fit, says Mayo Clinic. It is recommended to do 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or about 75 minutes of intense aerobic activity a week for good heart health.

Being booked and busy is good but being well rested is even better! Salma works hard but she also ensures that she isn't overworked. When she needs to step back, she often goes on long vacations to her favorite place - the beach.

"Nothing like a hammock siesta to recover from promoting 2 movies back to back," Salma captioned the photo above, where she was captured snoozing on a hammock.

Salma's marriage with billionaire husband François-Henri Pinault has been the subject of gossip but she doesn't pay attention to the criticisms because she is absolutely happy and in love.

"When I married him, everybody said, 'Oh, it's arranged marriage, she married him for the money.' I'm like, 'Yeah, whatever, bitch. Think what you want.' Fifteen years together, and we are strong in love. And I don't even get offended, I'm like, 'Yeah, whatever'," she shared on a guesting at the Armchair Expert podcast.

Being an immigrant from Mexico, Salma's road to success wasn't easy. She had a lot of challenges but she never gave up. Her hard work and passion for her craft have been the principal elements of her success.

At her induction ceremony at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Oscar-winning actress shared her inspiring story and had great advice for everyone who had a dream.

"Try to be better. Try to find the joy in what you do," she said in her speech. "Work hard. Prepare. Don't care what anybody says. But most importantly, don't listen to yourself when you bring yourself down."
