She Knows Her Weakness

"It’s a battle to stop eating chocolate chip cookies. What’s your weakness?," Larsa captioned her post. She snapped a post-workout mirror selfie showing off her slim waist and toned abs.

According to Harvard Health, cutting sugary foods from your diet can be a challenge. Instead of going cold turkey, it is more effective to gradually veer away from sugar, so you won't experience extreme cravings.

She Loves Doing Squats

While Larsa can't help but indulge in the occasional cookie treat, she makes up for it by doing lots of exercises. Her favorite workout is doing squats to tone and strengthen her glutes. In an interview with Hollywood Life, she shared why she likes to focus on that part of her body.

"I do squats almost every day," she said. "I feel like for women, if you have strong legs, when you wear a dress you look so sexy,” she added. “Not only that, it changes the way you walk… It just changes the way you move.”

She Genuinely Enjoys Exercise

For Larsa, fitness isn't something she does only on the weekends. She has made healthy living and wellness a priority and genuinely enjoys getting fit.

"For me fitness is a lifestyle,” she said in an interview. “I really love doing it. It helps your mind, your body, and the balance it gives you is really important in life… A lot of times we get lost and we start focusing on other people or other things that are not necessarily good for you and this is the one thing that you can do for yourself and make time for yourself."

She Is Comfortable With Her Body

Despite getting criticisms for her body from other women, she doesn't really care because she is comfortable with her curves.

"I feel like everyone should be comfortable in their own skin," Larsa told Entertainment Tonight. "I feel like I'm not a judgmental type of person. I feel like I accept everyone for who they are. If you look better, I don't care what you're doing. As long as you feel good about yourself, I will praise you."

She Learns From Her Mistakes

When it comes to her love life, Larsa admits that things in the past have been rocky but she always looks forward to the future. Despite having gone through tough break-ups, she is still optimistic about love and says that she is now in a better place.

She opened up about her dating plans to US Magazine, saying she has learned from the past and is now trying to avoid athletes. "I just think you learn from all your mistakes. You grow every day, and I just feel like I’m in a better place today than I was yesterday.”
