Hailey Bieber is showing off her "drop 1" as she joins forces with an eyewear brand for a new collection. The supermodel wife to singer Justin Bieber showed off her stunning figure in a tiny bikini on Instagram recently, drawing attention to her slender arms and shoulders and wowing the camera as usual. The Bare Minerals ambassador told fans: "Drop 1, part 1. My new collection for @vogueeyewear" as she posed in her orange pool look.

She Eats Fish And Lentils

Hailey has revealed that she's given a fully plant-based diet a go, but that it wasn't for her. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she told Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils."

Harvard Health states: "Plant-based diets carry some risk of inadequate protein, vitamin, and mineral intake. But these risks are readily overcome by choosing the right vegetarian foods and, when necessary, supplements. For example, soy, quinoa, and nuts are good sources of protein, and tofu, lentils, and spinach are good sources of iron."

She Values Health From Oceans

Ocean lover Hailey knows the value of fresh, ocean air. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean. Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin," the supermodel has said.

She Thinks Boxing Boosts Mental Health

Workout queen Hailey, also a huge fan of Pilates, likes to power up her cardio, and not just for the physical benefits. "I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for my mental health," she's said.

“I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That’s probably my favorite workout," the BFF to Kendall Jenner continued.

She Thinks Cheat Foods Are Okay

It isn't just grains and vegetables for Hailey, who has also revealed: "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body but on a recent trip, I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments," adding:

"A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries."

She Steams For Sweat Relief

It's all about self-care for Bieber, who also told Harper's Bazaar: “I love to be able to like sweat in a steam and then follow it with cold water, especially during the flu season or if you feel a cold coming on. It’s a good stress-relieving too."
