The WWE star, podcaster, and reality favorite sizzled in shiny pants and a corset top while thrilling her Instagram followers recently, also proving that being a mom of one hasn't stopped her fitness game. "Barmaegeddon vibes," the Total Bellas star wrote.

She Keeps Fitness Competitive

When Nikki spoke to Muscle & Fitness and jointly with twin sister Brie Bella, she revealed:

"I’m competitive, but with my sister I feel like what-ever she gets, I get, and I get to enjoy the ride. But don’t get me wrong—if it’s playing beach volleyball or a pick-up game of soccer, no matter who it is, I’m competitive. I always want to win, which can be good or bad, but I look at it as good."

She Picks Dessert Or Wine

Noting that the calories do add up, although confirming she does allow cheat days, the Dancing With the Stars alum continued: "If I want to have a glass of wine at night, then I know there is no dessert. We stay active, so drinking a lot of water and making those modifications and staying active is what keeps us in shape." For those curious about their own alcohol consumption, The Mayo Clinic states:

"Heavy or high-risk drinking is defined as more than three drinks on any day or more than seven drinks a week for women and for men older than age 65, and more than four drinks on any day or more than 14 drinks a week for men age 65 and younger."

She Loves Sushi And Pizza

Nikki comes with quite an appetite. The former pro wrestler added: "My favorite cheat meal is anything that has carbs and sweets. I love sushi, I love pizza, I love pasta, and I am obsessed with doughnuts and dessert. My ultimate cheat meal would be a doughnut with a glass of champagne, pizza or pasta, then some sort of dessert."

She Works On Her Goal Weight

Nikki is mainly muscle, but the scales have mattered for past competitions.

"When we know something is coming up or really anything we want to prep for, I try not to have any carbs, just because I want to look my best. I retain water and am naturally a curvy girl. I work hard to get to my goal weight for that special event, but I can’t live that way. So when it is over I get back to how God made me," the fiesty star dished.

She Did Ab Work After Her Baby

Nikki is raising her infant son Matteo. She's opened up to Hollywood Life on the one workout move that reality-shocked her after having a baby, stating: “Doing ab exercises feels different even flexing and being sore there does too! It’s been one of the biggest shocks to me so far.”
