She Has Days When Body Image Is Hard

Putting the concept that she's all confidence in perspective, Emily spoke to Glamour, revealing:

“I have days when I literally cannot look in the mirror because I am sick of myself. I don’t like how I look or I want to change certain things about myself. We are stuck inside one body, we can’t see ourselves and we have no perspective on it.”

And, more importantly, might we be getting a reboot?

She Goes Simple With Her Skincare

The "Blurred Lines" star elsewhere told Vogue that for skincare and beauty, she keeps things basic. "In quarantine, I went crazy and ordered a bunch of skincare products. One of the things I've learned about beauty: I just need the basics and for them to be really good. That was one of the ways that my skin freaked out because I was overusing products," she said.

She Loves A Good Face Mask

The Versace ambassador pays attention to the brands she chooses - she's a fan of LOOPS.

"What I love about LOOPS is that it's a mask that I can throw on for 15 minutes while I'm answering calls from bed. Or even like this morning—I had kind of a hectic morning and I was making my bed and running around having my coffee and taking calls, and I kept the face mask on while I was doing all of that, then I took it off and did my makeup," Emily has said.

She Loves Working Out

"I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me," Emily told In Style about her exercise mentality. The London-born star added:

“I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that’s the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone."

She Makes Food Balanced

While Emily loves salads, she also loves treats like her breakfast pastries and pizza. The Mayo Clinic says that a healthy diet should include "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

"Also talk with your doctor about your health risks. For example, your doctor may recommend that you reduce the salt in your diet if you have high blood pressure," the site's experts encourage.
