She Keeps Breakfasts Ordinary

While the Kardashians might have world-class chefs whipping up egg-white omelets, Jessie keeps it simple. "I'll have some bread from a local bread company. I get fresh honey wheat bread every week," she told Women's Health: "That's honestly what we all eat for breakfast: Toast and butter. We have salted butter that we leave out, so it's really nice and mushy when we're spread it on on our bread. We love our toast in the morning."

She Lost 25 Pounds With South Beach Diet

Jessie has struggled with post-baby weight, but for her, South Beach Diet was the solution. "I just felt like, 'Okay, if Mom did it and we're the same, this will work for me. And I think what I liked about it was that it was heavy protein—we all know I love my protein—low carb and I just felt like I was already living like that," she said back in 2015. "I felt like I saw results instantly. I got on the program and I worked out and it was just like, okay."

She's Happy With Her Weight

Amid trolling and endless comments over her size, the Jessie & Eric alum has clapped back, writing: "I work out and I eat what I want and I 100 percent am 10 pounds heavier than I used to be. I used to weigh, like, 115 and I'm not anymore. I eat what I want and I'm happy with that. But when you are writing blogs and stories and bullying me about how much weight I've gained and how fat my thighs are, I do take that offensively because what is the messaging that you are sharing?"

She's Okay With Frozen Foods

Decker stocks her kitchen at Trader Joe's, where she loves frozen options, especially for her family. Those wishing to make a healthy frozen dish at home should check this out.

The Mayo Clinic suggests: "A healthier option to premade frozen pizza is making pizza dough when you have time and freezing it. Homemade pizza dough tastes better and has no preservatives. You can add healthy toppings, such as low-fat cheese, vegetables and olive oil- or pesto-based sauces."

She Focuses Positively On Workouts

Jessie has told her Instagram followers: "The top of this year I decided to really step it up in the gym! Build more muscle, get my core in order and get stronger!" Writing last year, she added: "I know my core will probably never be as strong as it used to be but damn it I'm gonna try! I have goals and I'm not stopping until I'm there."
