Nicole Scherzinger has been flaunting her summer-ready body in a skimpy bikini while wowing her Instagram followers and enjoying the luxury perks of a yacht. The "Buttons" singer was all abs and toned legs in a recent share, one seeing her soaking up the sun and living her best life. The Pussycat Dolls singer showcased her sizzling physique, writing:

She Swears By Hot Yoga

The workout queen loves to get her yoga on, and she likes it hot. "When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," the told Women's Health.

“I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done," she added.

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Listing her varied and super-healthy diet, the reality judge added: "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

She Values Good Mental Health

Despite a hectic lifestyle, the Hawaii-born star values making time to prioritize her mental wellbeing.

"I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!" she told her Instagram followers.

She Loves Cardio

Nicole gets her workouts in where she can, and she's even filmed her indoor bike sessions.

The Mayo Clinic states: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Loves Group Sweat Sessions

For Nicole, social is best. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things. We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other," the pop star has stated.
