Hailey Bieber is stunning in a skimpy bikini while showing off her rainbow energy. The supermodel and wife to Justin Bieber thrilled her Instagram followers while flaunting her toned abs earlier this year, posting from a blissful sand beach and stripped down to a multicolor halter bikini. Also wearing a cute hat, the 25-year-old used only a rainbow emoji for her caption.

She Isn't Plant-Based

Hailey has tried a vegan diet, but she was okay admitting it wasn't for her. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine,” she told Harper's Bazaar. “I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.”

She Loves Boxing For Cardio

Dishing on her fitness, the YSL face continued: “I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That’s probably my favorite workout. I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health.” The Mayo Clinic states:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Sleeps Clean

Hailey knows when to wear her makeup, and when to take it off. "I never sleep with my make-up on. My stylist always sleeps with her eyeshadow on because then it looks more worn the next day and she doesn’t have to apply it again. But for me, I swear it hurts when I don’t take my mascara off! It feels like my eyelashes aren’t clean. It really doesn’t matter the situation, one way or another, my makeup is coming off before bed," she told Glamour.

She Values Alone Time

Noting the pressures of social media, the Levi's model added: "Alone time is really important for my sense of wellbeing, so I often delete the Instagram app – sometimes for a day, sometimes a week. I feel so much better the longer I can go. I think that social media shouldn’t take up too much of my time if I’m not enjoying it."

She Practices Good Wellness

Bieber loves to wind down, even including some bubbles. "I’ve tried colonics [a treatment that claims to cleanse the colon of toxins]," she revealed. "Now that’s an interesting feeling! But they’re really good for you. My mum and aunt are very into health, and I’m just into all the sweat treatments, the light saunas and body wraps. But my all-time favourite relaxation activity is taking a bath, putting some music on, and just lying there, being."
