Larsa Pippen is showing off her fit figure in a stylish and summer-ready look. The 47-year-old reality star updated her Instagram earlier this year with an acid-wash jeans look, stunning her 3 million+ followers and also throwing in high heels and a tight tank. She Doesn't Believe In Diets

The fitness queen likes it balanced, and she doesn't like fad diets. “I don’t think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet,” Larsa told Hollywood Life. “Personally, I don’t feel like those work. For me it’s more it’s more about eating healthy and portion control. That’s the only thing that lasts forever.”

She Plans Menus For The Week

The ex to Scottie Pippen mentioned her four kids as she continued: “I’m really big on prepping what you eat for the whole week. I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we’re gonna eat. If you’re prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you’re gonna eat and then you end up eating junk.”

She Loves Oatmeal With Raisins

Attempting to list a day's food, Larsa went with that morning's breakfast. “For instance, today, I made oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, raisins and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli and brown rice that I’m going to make for lunch. And then for dinner I’ll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat," she said.

She Works Out

Larsa is always working out, and that includes swimming. The Mayo Clinic states: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity," adding: "To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits."

She Bakes Pies, But Burns It Off

Pippen, who has admitted to a little quarantine weight gain on account of home baking, revealed a neat balancing act she has.

“I love dessert and I’m known to make pies. Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks," the former BFF to Kim Kardashian revealed. In 2020, Larsa launched her Larsa Pippen Fitness brand.
