She Eats 1,200 Calories Per Day

Lori has made headlines recently for detailing a restrictive diet. "Everybody's been asking like what it is I specifically did to get my body to this point," she said on TikTok. "So when Mike and I got together, I gained like 15 pounds of relationship weight."

She Loves Pilates

"I've been consistently doing Pilates for like the last year. I've done it for a few years, but I've been really consistent the last year. And when I was trying to drop weight, I was working out like five, six times a week, and I would even do, for the first month and a half, I would even do two-a-days," a.k.a. twice daily workouts," the Pretty Little Thing influencer added.

She Ate Meat And Veggies

Defending her low-cal diet, Lori stated: "I was in a calorie deficit. I think I maybe was consuming 1,200 calories in a day, max. And I wasn't on a specific eating regimen." She ate meat, vegetables, and "minimal carbs." The Mayo Clinic advises that a healthy diet includes "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Likes To Balance Life And Breathe

Speaking to The Cut about social media and phone use, the stepdaughter of Steve Harvey revealed:

"I think social media is such a great tool and when used the right way it can be amazing, but there are also downsides to it so I think it’s important to be able to just unplug, take some time for you, breathe, and live in the real world. I try to take breaks weekly honestly. Usually a Sunday or when I have a chill day where I’m just unplugged and do nothing."

She Loves A Sauna

Outlining her spa love, the brunette beauty added: "Oh my goodness, the perfect day would be getting in the sauna, it rejuvenates everything and helps sweat it all out and feel good. I love doing a face-mask routine which entails multiple masks in a day, maybe like four or five. Then I’ll lather on all my serums and moisturizers after and let my skin absorb all that goodness."
