Eva Longoria In Bathing Suit Flaunts Messy Beach Hair

Eva Longoria looks every bit of a beach babe with messy hair, golden skin, and toned muscles. The 47-year-old actress shared her bikini style in an Instagram post, flaunting her wavy locks and incredible beach body.

She's Not Afraid To Get Messy

Having a glam team isn't necessary during beach outings because Eva is comfortable being messy and real.

Sporting a printed blue bikini, the actress looked radiant in her Instagram post even with messy beach hair and a makeup-free face. Her toned arms and washboard abs were also out on display.

"Beach hair at its finest!" Eva captioned her post.

She Is Obsessed With Trampoline Workouts

To keep her body fit and toned, Eva is always open to trying workout trends. Her latest obsession is rebounding, a.k.a. trampoline workouts. She bounces for 30 to 45 minutes at least 5 times a week.

"It makes me present,” she shared with Women's Health. “You really have to focus on the routine and memorize the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that."

She Practices Yoga

While Eva enjoys intense workouts, she also loves slowing down with yoga.

The Latina beauty often shares her impressive yoga poses on Insta, which are usually captured with a serene background.

According to Mayo Clinic, yoga doesn't only work your muscles, it can also help reduce stress and anxiety. Regularly practicing yoga also leads to improved balance, flexibility, strength, and range of motion.

She Does Intermittent Fasting

According to Women's Health, Eva eats within an eight-hour window every day, from 11 am to 7 pm.

She starts her day with black coffee and her lunch is a serving of healthy protein - steak, fish, or chicken. She ends the day with a hearty dinner and then proceeds to fast for the remaining hours.

Sugar and bread have been cut out of her diet too. "I don’t like sweets or chocolate, and people hate me for it. Bread too—I hate bread. I’m never tempted by the bread basket."

She Finds Cooking Therapeutic

While her personal diet may be limited, she spoils her family with food. Eva loves to cook for her family, calling the labor of love "therapeutic". Despite a busy schedule, Eva makes meals for her family for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The actress has shared several of her recipes on Instagram, including how she makes pasta from scratch! Her cooking skills are certainly impressive and have gotten millions of views on social media.

She shared via Women's Health that her love and appreciation for food came from her time on their Texas ranch when she was a kid. "I grew up on a ranch where we ate what was on the land—when it was squash season, we ate squash for three months. It gave me such an appreciation for where food comes from."
