Jessie James Decker is going full bombshell in a bikini as she stuns fans on Instagram. The reality star and country singer has been busy promoting her 2022-dropped Kittenish Swim brand, and a new photo is showing the blonde in full ambassador mode. Stunning the camera in a skimpy and strapless black bikini in late May, Jessie posed with a big smile as Kittenish wrote: "WOW!!!! We can’t believe these DEALS!!! Don’t walk, run baby run! Our biggest sale of the year! Items up to 75% off!!!"

She Followed South Beach Diet

Jessie dropped 25 pounds after welcoming her third child, and she used the brand she eventually fronted - South Beach Diet. "I feel really good where I'm at," she told UsWeekly in 2019, adding:

"My goal was to be able to fit into my clothes before I had the baby. I'm now at 115 and that was my goal … I'm not going to obsess over it, but I'm just gonna maintain where I'm at and just do the best that I can."

She Loves Gumbo Soup

Noting that she does keep her eye on the calorie count, the Jessie & Eric star added: "I'm learning the proportions, and I'm learning what I can and cannot eat. So I might have South Beach for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner, I'm gonna make something for my family that we all can eat." She then revealed a love of Gumbo. "It is actually very lean, believe it or not. There's only 160 calories in a cup of gumbo."

She Has A Beauty Secret

The busy mom of three, who has been touring in 2022, has opened up on her skincare favorites, even listing one she swears gets rid of dark circles. “Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer ($34) in number 7. I don’t sleep very much because my babies like to get up in the middle of the night and then again at 7 a.m. This covers up those mommy bags and dark circles!” she has stated.

She Sets An Alarm For Workouts

Speaking to Nashville Noise, the Just Feed Me author revealed: "My tip is to set an alarm to remind yourself every day to work out or be active for at least 20 minutes a day. Work out hard for 20 minutes or at least take a walk where you are walking intensely for at least 20 minutes. I know it’s hard but just set your mind to it and carve that time out for yourself. You will feel so much better when you were finished."

She Eats Healthy, With Treats

Jessie eats toast and butter for breakfast, but she throws in tons of fruit and veggies throughout the day, plus protein. The Mayo Clinic says that a healthy diet "includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."
