Hailey Bieber is stunning in a skimpy bikini as she enjoys a water moment and some kayak action. The supermodel and wife to Justin Bieber delighted her Instagram followers last year, posting her toned figure and golden tan while in a red bikini and sending out a cute smile. In the November 2021 photo, the Victoria's Secret ambassador sizzled with her gym-honed figure on show, captioning her photo with a star emoji.

She Has One Basic Skincare Rule

Hailey is launching her own skincare line, and she's opened up on the foundations of good skin. Speaking to Glamour, the model stated: "I never sleep with my make-up on. My stylist always sleeps with her eyeshadow on because then it looks more worn the next day and she doesn’t have to apply it again. But for me, I swear it hurts when I don’t take my mascara off! It feels like my eyelashes aren’t clean. It really doesn’t matter the situation, one way or another, my makeup is coming off before bed."

She Pops Vitamins For Wellness

While Bieber follows a balanced diet, she does top up on the vitamin front. "I take Viviscal hair vitamins because I’m really trying to grow my hair right now. I often see comments on Instagram of people saying, “Why does she always pull her hair back?” I’m like, “Because I hate the length!” It’s so awkward. Other than that, I’m all about the coconut oil. I use it in my hair, my skin, my nails – I love something that’s multi-purpose," she added.

She Eats Eggs & Oatmeal For Breakfast

Listing her eats while speaking in a separate interview, Hailey dished on what lands on her plate.

"Ona regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons," she said.

She Opts For Some Gluten-Free Dishes

The catwalk queen continued: "That's usually one thing I leave out. Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta."

The Mayo Clinic suggests a healthy diet to include "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Loves Hot Pilates

The workout queen loves Pilates, also adored by reality star Kourtney Kardashian.

“I’ve been doing hot Pilates for years now," she told Vogue Australia. "I find that when you do any hot class your muscles are more pliable and you’re stretched out easier. You come out dripping in sweat and my face is like a tomato and it’s good for your skin! I love it! I’m obsessed and it’s addictive."
