Hilton is 41-year-old but she only looks half her age. The businesswoman who has a versatile career in the entertainment industry heated up Instagram when she posted photos of herself rocking a two-piece bathing suit with the caption,

"Summer is round the corner! ☀️"

She posed at the beachside, wearing dark sunshades, flats, and a checked bathing suit that kept her shapely legs and taut abs on full display. In one photo Hilton paired her bathing suit with a black and white patterned kimono and a dark hat. While Hilton patiently waited for summers, many fans were captivated by her stunning body and they flooded her comments with lovely acknowledgments.

She Creates Time For Self-Care 

As a DJ Hilton gets fans on their feet, she keeps viewers glued to the screen with her acting prowess and she keeps making a great impact with her amazing works in the entertainment industry. As a busy woman, Hilton barely has time for other activities but she takes her beauty routine seriously and she always creates time out of her busy schedule for self-care. For years fans have wondered how this TV personality maintains her beautiful looks and it turned out she follows a rather simple routine.

The This Is Paris actress shared some of her beauty tips during an interview where she discussed her partnership with Glam App. According to Hilton, she uses a face mask and a hair mask before bed. One beauty trick that has also helped her over the years is a cold water face treatment she picked up during a photo shoot. She does this facial treatment by filling a giant bowl with bottled water and ice, then she dunks her face in it for as long as possible. 

She Stays Updated With Her Beauty Products 

Taught the importance of skincare at a very young age, Hilton has since formed the act of using products that keeps her skin glowing. She is a big fan of eye creams, neck creams, and serums. Hilton never steps out without using sun protection and she is a lover of oxygen facials, red light therapy, and gold facials.

She also has a professional facialist who has been of service for over 15 years. Hilton also enjoys spending time in the spa. Even when she is away for business, the entertainer uses her free time in a spa. 

She Ditched Fast Food 

Hilton has always been a fan of cheeseburgers and French fries but when the former reality star decided to give up fast food to lead a healthier lifestyle she lost five pounds. Once speaking on her new habits and healthier lifestyle in an interview, the blond beauty said her new lifestyle has had tremendous impacts on her body form.

The former Simple Life star revealed that she now takes green smoothies which are a good energy boost. She also takes regular juices, lots of fruits, more vegetables, protein, and salads. Mayo Clinic also confirmed on weight loss, 

"Your weight is a balancing act, and calories are part of that equation. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity."

She Keeps Fit By With Regular Workouts 

While a better and healthier diet has been a great boost to Hilton's fitness, her exercise routine is what helps maintain her taut abs. According to Hilton, she has always loved working out in the open until she started going to the gym.

Since she discovered how effective the machines in the gym are, Hilton said she does not joke with her time in the gym. Hilton has confirmed that the gym is a great place to exercise because one uses so many muscles, thus getting a really good workout.
