Carrie Underwood Looks Fit In 'Rock The Boat' Challenge

Carrie Underwood is always super fit. The country singer has managed to keep her body in top shape. She shared a short workout clip as she joined the 'Rock The Boat' Challenge.

She Rocks The Boat

Underwood rocked the boat with some plank crunches for the love of fitness. The 39-year-old joined the Rock The Boat challenge while sharing a short workout clip. She wore a black tank top, grey joggers, and a pair of sneakers while keeping her body in shape with some plank crunches. The Before He Cheats singer seems to be having loads of fun as she was all smiles during the short clip.

She Works On Those Legs

When Carrie showed up at the 2022 Grammys, not only did she walk away with an award, but she also left everyone talking about her toned legs. Her trainer, Eve Overland, spilled the tea on how she got those legs. Although Carrie didn't have to do anything special to prepare for the night, she has had years of working out to get her those legs.

Eve revealed that the eight-time Grammy award winner trains almost every day when they are on the road. She likes to switch things up, doing a different category of workouts each day. Carrie also uses a deck of cards to decide what part of her body to work on.

She Sticks To The Basics

Long term, Carrie likes to stick with the basics because they get the job done while making you feel empowered and excited. She does a lot of Lateral Band Walks. She does Barbell Biceps Curls, Alternating Hammer Curls, Barbell Push Presses, and Dumbbell Shoulder Presses for upper-body workouts. The exercises she does to keep her lower body include back Squats, single-leg deadlifts, and hamstring rollouts. For her tummy, Carrie loves to do hanging leg raises and ab wheel rollouts.

She Is 95% Vegan

Not only has Carrie's fitness routine kept her in shape, but it also helped her lose some post-pregnancy weight. Her diet also plays a significant role in keeping her in top shape. Carrie revealed her love for food in an interview. Underwood shared her love for food. "I love eating and talking about food.

I've been a vegetarian for seven years. But after seeing a friend who looked amazing and had recently gone vegan, I thought, what's holding me back?" she said. The If I Didn't Love You crooner calls herself a 95% vegan. She is not too particular about her food being absolutely vegan; what matters is where the food is sourced from. 

She Eats Healthy Too

Carrie's diet contains a lot of protein, fiber, and fruits and vegetables. She likes to throw in a cup of coffee in the mornings. Ever since she turned vegan, the mom-of-two started consuming mock chicken. Before any event, she makes sure to stay away from starch, and although she consumes a lot of food, there's not a lot of fat or calories.

According to Mayo Clinic, "a little planning a vegetarian diet can meet the needs of people of all ages, including children, teenagers, and pregnant or breastfeeding women. The key is to be aware of your nutritional needs so that you plan a diet that meets them.
