She Exercises For Mental Health

Working out is a way for Brie to ground herself, which is beneficial not only for her physical health but also for her mental health.

"There's a lot going on in the world, a lot of things to care about, a lot of things to love, people to love, initiatives to love," she told Shape. "But I've found that when I take a little bit of time for myself and when I get grounded in my body, I'm better at all of those things. I meet every moment better."

She Has Embraced Beauty Routines

As she told Allure, there was a time that she rejected beauty culture and wanted to defy social norms. But, the pandemic made her rediscover her love for beauty, and now, she is obsessed with skincare.

"Now, inside my home that I've been in for months on end, my skin-care routine has become how I begin and end my day. I am much more regimented about it than I ever was before because it's like, "Okay, the day has begun. I'm going to wash my face. I'm going to moisturize."

She Loves Almond Butter

When it comes to diet, Brie doesn't restrict herself from foods that she loves. According to People, Brie used to eat 1 teaspoon of almond butter with 1 teaspoon of fruit jam when she was training for Room to get her body pumped up for the day.

While sugar is not harmful when consumed in moderation, too much added sugar is damaging to the body. According to Mayo Clinic, added sugars contribute to calories but have little nutritional value. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans advise that added sugars should be limited to less than 10% of your daily calories.

She Is Comfortable Sharing Herself

Brie started her own channel on YouTube, where she gets to share more of her personal life - from her exercises to gaming with friends. She shared with Uproxx that she overcame her insecurities and became more comfortable with sharing herself with the public.

"I just started realizing that I have to believe in my talents more than that. That I don’t have to fully hide in order for people to believe me as somebody else. And also that maybe there is something powerful in, at least just for myself, in sharing myself."
