Eva Longoria expressed gratitude for the good things in her life with a heartwarming Instagram update that was all about family. Sharing a sweet vacation snap with her 3-year-old son, Sebastian, the accomplished actress, producer, and businesswoman cradled her boy on a sunny beach and bared her soul in the caption: "Thankful for moments like this."

She Counts Her Blessings

A throwback from her Mexican getaway the month prior, the photo flaunted her ageless figure in a patterned string bikini which fans had seen aplenty during the actual trip. Going barefoot on the white sand, the 47-year-old held her son in her arms. The pair were twinning in nautical-inspired, blue-and-white outfits and were brimming with joy, smiling from ear to ear. We're definitely feeling the "#blessed" vibes!

Longoria previously shared a sun-kissed snap of the same swimsuit, which captured her in a suspended chair relaxing out on a verdant patio. "From Mexico, With Love," read the caption.

She's A Doting Mom

Longoria, who welcomed her son in June 2018 at age 43, told People less than a year in that the pair are practically inseparable. “He is with me all of the time!" she said. "If you follow me on Instagram, you will see that he is on set with me, that he’s in meetings with me. He’s always with me.”

Surely enough, a quick browse of her social media (she's also on Twitter and Facebook) proves that "Santi" is a permanent fixture on all her accounts. Take, for instance, the photo above, shared right after a swimsuit promo for her tequila brand, Casa Del Sol, which suggests the little man was by her side the whole time.

She 'Incorporates' Santi Into Her Life

The Desperate Housewives star definitely loves constantly having her little one around, explaining to People that she was "incorporating him in my life and everything that I do."

"I think women do it all the time, every day," she added. "I am not special. Women balance work and family all the time, and I am just one of those many women."

Speaking to Now To Love last year, Longoria shared that she felt lucky to be able to spend quarantine at home with her husband, businessman José Bastón, 54, and their son at such a "crucial age" for Santi.

She Loves Being A Parent

At the time, Santiago would have been going through the "terrible twos," an age that brings "rapid shifts in a child's mood and behaviors," according to the Mayo Clinic.

"Two-year-olds undergo major motor, intellectual, social, and emotional changes," explains the clinic. "Also, children at this age can understand much more speech than they can express — a factor that contributes to emotions and behaviors that are difficult for parents to interpret."

Despite the challenges of parenting, Longoria adores being a mom and told Now To Love that the best thing about having children is "that you get to be responsible for guiding another human being in this world."

She's 'Leaning Into' Aging

The Brooklyn 99 alum is an inspiration not only for parents everywhere but also for women who are embracing their age and being unapologetically themselves. “It’s inevitable and it’s happening, so I don’t think we should fight it too hard," she said about getting older, explaining that she chooses to "lean into" aging and relish in every moment.

“I associate aging with wisdom and experience and maturity,” she told Prevention. “For me, I lean into it. So I kind of have a different approach.”
