Alexandra Daddario is looking fit for summer in a cute and figure-hugging sundress as she snaps a selfie on Instagram. The HBO actress, 36, now fronts activewear brand Alo Yoga, although she was on her own watch as she shared a dark and short-sleeved sundress recently. Looking healthy, the blue-eyed beauty impressed fans, posing in the blue Carolina Herrera number from her home.

She Loves To Meditate

Daddario keeps her mental and physical health in check by going zen. "I’ve tried to get into meditation more. I've also focused on connecting with people. It's about not letting people into your life who don't serve you and refocusing who you have around you. I also do a lot of yoga now that yoga is open. And I have a wonderful partner who's helped me throughout this reopening journey. I feel very lucky, having someone to go through it with," she told Byrdie

She Loves Yoga

Daddario has posted many a pandemic yoga session. "I've also focused on connecting with people. And I have a wonderful partner who's helped me throughout this reopening journey," she added, referring to fiance Andrew Form.

The Mayo Clinic states: "Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate."

She Goes Natural With Skincare

The former Clinique face also dished on her cosmetics and beauty, continuing: "I use a lot of natural products. I love Vintner’s Daughter—they have an oil that Gwyneth Paltrow turned me onto. I’m obsessed with it. I love Epicuren’s moisturizer and my Caudalie spray. I’m someone who tries all these different products, but I always tend to lean towards things that have more natural ingredients."

She Eats Salads, Fish & Rice

Dishing her eats to Muscle & Fitness, the Baywatch bombshell named healthy foods, saying: "Salads, fish, and rice, especially before a workout. I keep Lara bars in my purse. I also love avocados. I’ll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that’s a healthy and filling snack."

She Has One Wake-Up Beauty Hack

Alexandra's morning beauty routine doesn't cost much. The True Detective alum also told Byrdie:

"I just try to wash my face every morning and night. Sometimes I forget at night, but even just the whole thing of taking your makeup off before you go to sleep—you have to do things that make you feel good, or you get trapped in a cycle. If you start saying, "Oh, I left my makeup on three nights in a row," you’re going to start to get down on yourself. So it’s the little things that boost you up."
