She Works Out To Eat

Chanel busts out regular workout moves, but only so she can indulge. “You need to work out! I mean a lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis. I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you workout," she told Hollywood Life in 2019.

She Has Opinions On Cardio

Dishing her views on calorie-burning cardio versus muscle-building resistance work, the L.A. native added: “I wouldn’t say any workout is bad or I hate it but for women focus on your cardio, because if you do too much weights and you are a woman then you are going to bulk up a little bit you know."

The Mayo Clinic states: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Takes Time For Herself

The TV and music star, also a regular traveler, has outlined how she feels stepping it back can benefit her. “I go until I can’t go anymore,” she has stated. “I definitely go into those little [shutdown] modes and I have to remind myself that it is okay to take some time to relax… that’s how you stay sane, that’s how you stay creative. You can’t stay doing all of these things if you don’t take a little bit of time for yourself. Otherwise you’ll literally go insane, you know?”

She Finds Clothes That Fit

Chanel knows what to pick when it comes to outfits and her shape. "Finding the right clothes that flatter your body is everything because in the past, I wasn't as aware. Back when low-rise jeans were in, that was the worst thing ever for me," she told Hollywood Life.

She Loves To Meditate

COVID did bring one benefit for the Ridiculousness star, who also revealed: "At some point during the pandemic, I might've been going crazy. It was all the time I spent at home, people sending me conspiracy stuff. People made me feel like I was going insane." Chanel added: "Meditation is key. Everyone needs to meditate, set aside time to mentally decompress."
