She Enjoys Couple Time With Spouse

Hayek loves herself some couple time with her spouse. The Frida star set sail with billionaire businessman husband, François Henri-Pinault. The couple danced on tables as they had some fun together in a luxurious sailboat. The actress rocked a purple bikini that put her lithe figure on display.

The Instagram snaps which were taken from below showcased Hayek's gorgeous figure featuring her toned limbs and flat board abs. She had both hands in the air as she seemed to be having the time of her life with her spouse, who went topless in blue shorts.  

She Knows When To Slow Down

At 55, Hayek is fit as a fiddle. The actress has kept her body in top shape over the years, and guess what, she takes a slow approach to exercise and diet. In an interview with People, the From Dusk Till Dawn star explained that while others have developed the 'discipline' to exercise in the morning, she has not developed the habit due to her hectic schedule, which does not give her time for a gym session. "I don't have time to exercise; I am working," she said.

She Trains Her Body Passively

Hayek has not entirely given up, and although she does full-blown workouts once in a while, she has learned to train her body passively in such a way that her muscles are active all day, even while brushing. "It's restorative yoga," she confessed.

Although she does not have the time to engage in complete workouts, whenever she does, she likes to incorporate a little dancing into her training to make it more enjoyable. The actress's style is to exercise without knowing she's doing it, including getting some movement by walking her puppies. This she rates as one of her favorite forms of exercise.

She Loves To Have Fun

The Hollywood icon loves to have fun. So whenever she works out, she makes sure it's something she enjoys. Sara Shears, who was Hayek's trainer in the past, told Shape that the actress prefers cardio and high-intensity interval training along with a little strength training. The Eternals star loves swimming and spending time outdoors. Rather than restrict her diet, she eats a balanced diet full of nutritious and less nutritious foods she enjoys. "I don't like to diet and I'm not good at it," Hayek said on her website.

She Enjoys A Juice Cleanse

Hayek, who has her own company Cooler Cleanse, loves to load up on cleansing juice. She refers to cleansing as her form of 'meditation.' She loves herself a good massage to keep her muscles healthy and firm too. A
