She Loves Yoga And Pilates

Candice has opened up about her exercise philosophy. "I try to work out between three and five times a week, depending on how much time I have. Over the years, my workouts have changed. I do a lot of yoga and boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer, and lots of resistance training. I have a trainer in New York who has been working with me for about eight years now," she told Savoir Flair.

She Loves An Ocean Swim

The former Victoria's Secret also dished: "I really enjoy working out so, to relax, I’ll do a yoga or Pilates class. What I love about yoga is that it helps both your mental and physical well-being. I also like unwinding by taking my dogs for a walk. When I can, I love to be surrounded by nature or swimming in the ocean." Also a lover of dog walks and beaches is model Elizabeth Hurley.

She Knows Her Beauty Products

The Alo Yoga partner also revealed her fave products - she listed: "I love a red lip and have been wearing the Max Factor ‘Lipfinity Lipstick’ recently. It’s got a really creamy texture, the pigment is really strong, and it lasts too. I love it! Colbert MD’s serum and eye cream are my go-to skin products. I use coconut oil to take my makeup off, and on my hair and body as well. It’s a great, all-round natural product."

She Allows Cheat Foods

Candice eats super healthy, but she does allow treats. "I’d have burrata to start, pasta carbonara, and a South African melba pudding to finish," she added. The Mayo Clinic suggests a healthy diet to include "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Loves A Protein-Packed Smoothie

Candice knows how to get all her vitamins and healthy fats into a glass.

"I do a nice beauty smoothie," she told The Cut. "It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I've always loved nutrition and because I've worked out for so many years, I've figured out what's best for my body and keeping my energy up. It's evolved from that."
