Nastia always looks stunning in bathing suits. The Russian-born athlete undoubtedly loves spending time at the beach, and she has several photos of her refreshing getaways on social media. Earlier this year, she reflected on the different times she had an outdoor trip posting ten pictures of herself in various locations on Instagram.

A couple of images featured the five-time Olympic medalist rocking swimwear that showed off her sun-kissed body. She shared a snap of herself in a pink cropped top and skirt that showed off her legs. She posted another of herself wearing a designer top with skimpy bottoms and one of herself in a green dress and matching heels. The snaps came with a caption that read,

She Believes In Self-Care

Nastia's stunning, slender body, lovely blonde hair, and captivating smile are unignorable features. However, it turned out that Nastia has maintained a perfect physique for years through the tranquility she feels from within. Once speaking about self-care in an interview, the 2005 and 2007 world champions on the balance beam revealed the activities that were useful even at the height of the pandemic.

While the pandemic kept everyone indoors, Nastia prioritized her mental health and engaged in activities that improved her physical and psychological health. Feeling generous, the athlete shared these activities with fans hoping that it would be of great help. According to Nastia, her self-care routine includes dancing, painting once nails, and facetiming a friend. 

She Has A Perfect Morning Routine

While many may find the athlete's self-care tips surprising or even ridiculous, they helped Nastia achieve a healthy, happy lifestyle. After revealing that dancing, polishing her nails, and calling a friend is all she does to maintain a healthy state of mind, she also explained the importance. According to Nastia, dancing helps lighten up one mood, and it is an ideal way to de-stress.

On painting one's nails, Nastia, who was also the world champion on the uneven bars in 2005, said looking down at painted nails mid-workout proved a sense of accomplishment. She also said painting the nails helps with focus. She also advised talking to a friend because it feels good to talk things out. Although Nastia tips look very simple, they are lovely ways of reducing one's stress. Mayo Clinic has also confirmed,

She Has An Active Morning Routine

Aside from being an Olympic champion and a mentor to aspiring gymnasts, Nastia is committed to maintaining an active lifestyle that involves vigorous exercises and, not to forget, her unmistakable emphasis on recovery. Nastia has been quite open about the routine, which helps create a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle. Nastia's morning routine varies for someone who splits her time between Los Angeles and Detroit.

However, she has confirmed that her ideal morning is getting off bed around 5:00 AM, going through her emails, and then having two cups of warm lemon water. After hydration, the athlete heads to the gym with her trainer, Chase Weber, for an hour session, and she starts her day around 8:00 AM. 

She Indulges In Recovery Training

The world of gymnastics has come a long way when it comes to holistic health, and Nastia has been quite impressed with the chances. Once speaking on the improvement of recovery training, the gymnast explained that she loves the new wave of recovery-focused training, which lays emphasis on paying attention to one body. Nastia acknowledged the fact that intense exercises can help achieve a certain level of greatness, but she is against doing things beyond one's limits as this can have negative impacts.

While Nastia is impressed by the new recovery trends, her favorite trends include rehydrating with lots of water and celery juice, getting quality stretch, and spending time in an infrared sauna. Sleep recovery and sleep quality are trends Nastia is also following closely and incorporating into her routine.
