Nicole Scherzinger In Bathing Suit Spends 'Weekend' On A Boat

Nicole Scherzinger has been celebrating weekend sunshine with a jaw-dropping swimwear snap. The 43-year-old Pussycat Dolls singer is a firm favorite when it comes to the bikini action on Instagram, and one photo is turning heads. Nicole posed in a patterned bikini while throwing her head back and on a yacht recently, with the glam shot showing off her toned legs and abs, plus her tan. Sharing a gallery, the star wrote: "Going into the weekend like..🛥 Which POV do you like most Side🦀 or Front🐚."

She Loves Hot Yoga And Spinning

Nicole keeps in tip-top shape with a varied workout routine. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she told Women's Health, adding:

"When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA. I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done.”

She Drinks Coconut Water

Nicole loves to tap into her Hawaii roots, and she's a huge fan of coconut water. "My new go to thing is coconut water though," she has revealed. "I'll have that in the morning and when I'm feeling low on energy throughout the day."

She Makes It Group For Workouts

Nicole loves to train with her boyfriend Thom Evans, plus her besties. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things," she told Women's Health, adding:

"We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."

She Eats Pizza And Sushi

Dishing on her eats, The Masked Singer judge continued: "For breakfast, I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch, I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi.

"When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

She Keeps It Balanced

Nicole, who has battled bulimia, makes sure her plate is balanced, from greens to proteins. The Mayo Clinic states that a healthy diet should include: "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."
