Brie Larson In Bathing Suit Says 'Summer Is Here'

Brie Larson loves to work out, and her abs can testify to that. The actress displayed her sculpted abs in a recent post, rocking a bathing suit to show ''summer is here.''

She Is Ready For Summer

 

The 37-year-old actress has shown on Instagram that she is ready for the summer season and all that it has to offer. She posed on the floor, rocking an orange and white floral bikini. The bikini had side-tie orange strings. Her hair was parted by the side, and she went for a natural look. The picture showed her bruises from training and captured her sculpted abs, long legs, and arms. 

She Is Confident

Brie talked about how playing a superhero in Captain Marvel helped to find her inner power, "When I started building muscles, learning that I could push a Jeep, learning that I could deadlift 200 pounds, I started to unlock,".

The Oscar-winning actress also explained in an Interview with Byrdie how she felt like more space was created in her brain and how she was able to lift those restrictions and limitations she used to feel. She talked about the past and how she used to worry she was not "worthy" of glamour. That changed when her beauty team showed her the confidence that comes with looking fabulous. 

She Takes Care Of Her Body

It is one thing to have an amazing physique and another thing to maintain that body. The Room star ensures she eats right, drinks a lot of water, exercises, and does therapy. According to the Mayo Clinic: "It is important to take care of ourselves so that we can show up more powerfully in our own lives and for the people we love."

She also uses her YouTube channel to show some of her workouts, various ways to calm down, and even discusses her audition failures. Although she is a superhero on screen, Brie made it clear that she does not hold herself to a superhero standard in reality. 

She Has Beauty Hacks

The California-born has been tapping into the transformative power of makeup. She follows her skincare routine to maintain a confident and blissful makeup-free look. She loves to experiment with makeup. After the actress learned the power behind makeup, she started doing her experiments, trying on new techniques.

In addition to moisturizing and masking daily, Brie also makes use of gua sha during the night to help with her jaw clenching. She also found products that help her hair remain beautiful and heat-free between jobs. Another beauty hack was getting enough rest and also using a sheet mask to fix her mood. 

She Loves Scent

Inhaling various fragrances can bring a soothing and chill feeling. The actress loves the scent of her moisturizer. She puts some on her hands, rubs them together, and smells the fragrance before putting it on. She also loves essential oil blends, which she puts in her Vitruvi diffuser, and earthy scents. Also, she burns frankincense to cleanse the air in the house since it is antimicrobial.
