She Is In A New Chapter

Sporting a mauve-colored monokini, a black cowboy hat, and cropped blonde hair, Kendall looked gorgeous on the cover of the magazine. The cutout bathing suit highlighted her svelte frame and toned muscles.

In the interview, the reality star shared that she is currently enjoying a new chapter in her life - being a business owner of 818 Tequila and the creative director of FWRD.

"It still feels like I’m not fully formed, but with every chapter I become a little bit more fulfilled," she told i-D.

She Writes On A Journal

Part of Kendall's wellness routine includes mental health. To help calm her anxiety, she writes in her journal once or twice a week.

“It’s important to have a space that’s just for you where you can let out your happiness,” she shared in the interview, “your anger, frustrations, and stress, the things that are freaking you out, the things that are making you happy and even just ideas"

She Enjoys Weight Training

To keep her muscles toned, Kendall does resistance training. She once admitted to The Thirty that she hates cardio and prefers weight training.

"I hate cardio. I'd rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place." she explained. "But I'll do it!"

According to Mayo Clinic, weight training helps tone the muscles, fight age-related muscle loss, and improve your overall appearance. Experts recommend incorporating weight training into your fitness routine at least twice a week.

She Has A Low-Key Approach To Beauty

While her sisters are known for heavy contouring and makeup, Kendall is all about simple, natural beauty. As she told Who What Wear, one of her pet peeves is seeing girls with too much makeup on.

"But like, sometimes I'll just see a really beautiful girl and she'll have SO much makeup on. And you're like Why? You're so pretty!" she said. "My sisters and I will always be on different pages with makeup. Though I have learned from them to experiment more and get funky sometimes."

She Meditates With Sound Baths

Another practice that keeps Kendall grounded is meditation. She has been doing sound bath meditation to wind down and quiet her mind. In a recent post on Instagram, the model shared some tips with her followers on how to work on wellness. She listed workouts, nature walks, meditation, journaling, and organizing as some of her favorite activities to be more present.

Her advice to the public: "go outside, pick up a new hobby, hug someone you love, keep a smile on yuh face! great things are coming to you 🤍"
