Eva Longoria is the very image of beauty. The multitalented actress, director, and entrepreneur looked absolutely gorgeous in a pink bathing suit as she inquired whether it was bathing suit season yet.

She Is A Leisure Lover

Eva, 47, looked gorgeous as she shared a stunning photo of herself in a party pink bathing suit while asking her 8.7 million Instagram followers if it was bathing suit season yet. The Desperate Housewives star seemed to be having the time of her life as she bounced on a pale blue chaise lounge with a lovely view of the sea behind her. She showcased her curvy body and toned arms while her hair was styled in a high ponytail that highlighted her face.

She Takes An Hour To Unwind

Asides from being an actor, producer, and entrepreneur, Eva is also a mom. Juggling several balls while also being a mom is definitely not an easy feat which is why she has a go-to coping mechanism: one hour of working out every day. "I really work out for my mental health," she said. The Young and The Restless star uses that hour, sometimes 75 minutes, to take a break from finding ways to tackle her never-ending to-do list and focus on moving her body.

She Does Trampoline Workouts

Eva got into trampoline workouts during the Pandemic when she was stuck at home and was looking for a way to switch up her exercise routine. She now bounces for 30 to 45 minutes a day, at least five times a week, then finishes it off with strength training with a personal trainer while wearing a heart rate monitor. She also dabbles in some kettlebell flow classes, yoga, and meditation. Her priority is to move her body every day, even when she's traveling. She tracks her sleep too.

She Does Intermittent Fasting

Eva, an intermittent faster, eats within an eight-hour window each day, usually 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. She adds a lot of plant-based foods and protein into her diet and is not one to consume sugar either. "I don't like sweets or chocolate," she said.

According to Mayo Clinic, intermittent fasting means that you don't eat for a period of time each day or week. Intermittent fasting seems to be about as beneficial for losing weight as any other type of diet that reduces overall calories. Some research suggests that intermittent fasting may be more beneficial than other diets for reducing inflammation and improving conditions associated with inflammation.

She Is Big On Skincare

Eva is surprisingly quite minimalistic with her skincare routine. In an interview with Women's Health Magazine, she said, "people think the trick to looking younger is makeup, but it's skincare." Sunblock is the one thing the L'Oreal spokeswoman "never leaves the house without." Eva uses baby oil as a makeup remover, using the less expensive but effective option.

She loves facials and is a huge fan of serums, moisturizers, and an excellent at-home mask. Being in love is one of her anti-aging secrets, too; as she once said, "I think it's because I'm in love right now. That's the best thing for your skin—happiness."
