She Loves Egyptian Magic Cream

Despite her millions in the bank, Kaley doesn't go too high-end on her skincare. She told NY Mag that she adores a $32 cream: The Egyptian Magic All-Purpose Skin Cream, stating:

"I fell in love with it after my makeup artist on The Flight Attendant started using it on me as a barrier cream. I ended up ordering a ton. I apply it absolutely everywhere: my hands, lips, neck, elbows, face. Because it’s allergy season now, I’ve actually been putting it in my nose, too. I use it if I have any sort of chafing or irritation. It can really, truly go anywhere."

She Swears By Yoga

Yoga-lover Kaley has, meanwhile, told Shape that she couldn't get by without the zen exercise, revealing:

"Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body. I love being toned and having muscle; it's so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga. I go to a place called CorePower Yoga. One morning I'll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner. Or I'll take a Yoga Sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves."

She Cheats With Pizza

Kaley loves healthy foods including peanut butter, but the 100% allows herself treats.

"I have to have a cheat day. I know when I'm being good all week long that come Sunday, I'm going to lie by the pool, have a drink, and eat some pizza. Then I wake up on Monday morning and I'm all ready to start the week again. I'm just going to be in a bad mood all the time if there's no light at the end of the tunnel," the HBO Max star has stated.

She Trains Hard Via Zoom

The pandemic has limited Kaley's class options, although trainer Ryan Sorensen keeps her in tip-top shape, either with home visits or via Zoom. "You just don't know when she's going to have the time, but she'll usually just text me and we'll do some Zoom calls," Sorensen said of his famous client. "It really consists of some bodyweight exercises and just fine-tuning and keeping her moving a little bit."

She Works Out Often

Kaley loves to rope train and mixes up her running with slow weights work. The Mayo Clinic advises: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."
