Paris Hilton is keeping up with the latest trends, including Lizzo's About Damn Time viral dance challenge. Sporting a multicolor bikini, the heiress displayed her slim and toned figure while following a tutorial for the hit TikTok dance.

She Enjoys Dancing

Dancing is a big part of her life. Whether she is partying in the clubs or making social media content, Paris enjoys a little hip-shaking action. The 41-year-old global influencer shared a video of herself in a duet with Lizzo, who was teaching step-by-step instructions of her dance craze.

Looking lean and fit in her stylish bikini, Paris went along with the tutorial, trying to follow each instruction carefully. She soon realized that a dance lesson may be better for her and invited Lizzo for a dance session instead.

She Makes Workouts More Fun

Regular workouts sometimes don't cut it for this over-the-top personality, so she spruces up her exercises with a splash of luxury, staying true to her brand.

Paris previously shared on TikTok some of the ways she keeps working out at home fun. From using designer bags as dumbbells to jogging on the grand staircase of her mansion, this hotel heiress found a clever way to make her workouts exciting.

"Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it," she told Vogue.

She Shops For Cardio

In the same interview, Paris admitted that she isn't a big fan of exercising. Because of her busy lifestyle, she considers her actual life as a workout. Her fave way to do cardio is by shopping!

"I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio,” she explained.

According to Mayo Clinic, exercising at the correct intensity is key to getting the most out of your physical activity. For aerobic exercises like walking, running, and dancing, it is ideal to get at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week.

She Avoids Suntanning

To keep her skin young and wrinkle-free, she avoids spending too much time under the sun. According to Paris, she has learned about skincare since she was seven years old. Mom Kathy Hilton taught her how to take care of her skin and keep her face out of the sun.

"I'm so grateful that I listened and didn't ruin my skin laying out in the sun. 😎 So happy that spray tans exist lol," she said in an Instagram post.

She Follows Her Passion

Her love for music has brought her so much joy and it has also made her the highest-paid female DJ in the world.

Her advice to everyone: follow your passion. She shared her enthusiasm for DJ-ing in an Instagram post. "When I first decided to learn to DJ, I simply followed my passion, my love for music and the joy I felt being able to light up a room and share that energy with others. Playing music and performing has always been my superpower.”
