Candice Swanepoel is the very image of beauty. The 33-year-old supermodel and philanthropist looked dazzling in a black bathing suit while promoting her Tropic of C collaboration with Alo Yoga.

She Shows The Strength In Simplicity

Candice showed the 'strength in simplicity' to her Instagram followers while displaying her impressive physique and flat board abs in a black bathing suit. In a second snap, the former Victoria's Secret Angel and co-founder of Tropic of C rocked a black two-piece bikini as she stood in front of a customized surfboard.

She displayed her jaw-dropping curves as the blue sky created a beautiful backdrop. She finished off the look with a black visor, gold hoops, gold bracelets, and a matching gold necklace.

She Prioritizes Breakfast

Having a healthy diet, exercise, and a fitness routine is how this mom-of-two has managed to maintain her physique throughout two pregnancies. She prioritizes breakfast as the most important meal of the day, making sure to fill up on healthy foods for a great start for each day. She likes to jump-start her day with healthy smoothies, and it seems she is on the right track.

According to Mayo Clinic, some research suggests that regularly eating a healthy breakfast may help you lose excess weight and maintain your weight loss. Breakfast may reduce your hunger later in the day and may also keep you on track to making healthy choices all day. In addition, a healthy breakfast refuels your body and replenishes the glycogen stores that supply your muscles with immediate energy.

She Cuts Out Caffeine

Cutting out caffeine made all the difference for Candice during her pregnancy recovery. And while her breakfast can be heavy, she goes light on dinners or meals eaten later in the day.

Though she works hard on her body, she also admits that having a fast metabolism contributes to her rapid weight loss. Since having children, Candice has favored nighttime workouts, with yoga, Pilates, and resistance being some of her daily favorites. She also has regular sessions with her trainer, Justin Gelband.

She Likes To Switch It Up

When it comes to beauty and makeup, Candice likes to switch between makeup and a natural look depending on the occasion. "In my private time, I like to be natural, but on a shoot I want makeup!" she said to Harper's Bazaar. She also loves herself an excellent sensual scent that brings out the modern goddess in her. Although this gorgeous supermodel used to over-pluck her brows, she has learned to grow them out. "I used to over-pluck them. At my first agency in Paris, they were like, 'Girl, you gotta grow those eyebrows out!' They grew back, thank God." 

She Takes Care Of Her Hair Too

Candice likes to wear her hair long. She loves to use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner to keep that blond hair looking healthy. The go-to products she cannot live without are her eye serum, moisturizer, hydrator, lip balm, and sunscreen.

Growing old gracefully is the ultimate goal for this model. "I want to age gracefully; I don't want to do any surgeries." She loves herself some massage as "That and relaxation are how you get a glow."
