The Where you are singer got her fans buzzing as usual when she posted a photo of herself basking in the summer heat on Instagram. Nicole showed off her sun-kissed skin wearing a blue and green patterned bikini, a pair of giant sunglasses, and her dark curls were let loose to be tousled by the breeze. The 41-year-old musician shared five photos of herself in a bikini, ending the waterside getaway post with an image of herself wearing a yellow floral dress. 

She Is The Perfect Inspiration For Fitness

Nicole's fabulous figure has remained untainted over the years, and she recently shared the secret of her fit body. The Pussycat Dolls performer revealed her maintenance culture in a recent video she shared on social media. She demonstrated some of her workout moves, starting with the landmine barbell squat press.

This move helps keep the legs, arms, and shoulders firm. She also did the box jumps with a jump back. This involves jumping onto a box, jumping back down, and then taking a jump backward. 

She Always Focuses On Upper-Body Exercises

In her recent body-care reveal, Nicole also showed viewers workouts that help the upper body and entire frame at large. 

She did the high step-up, which is very effective in training the quads and glutes. Next up, the music star and TV personality gave fans a glimpse at the dance moves that keep her whole body agile. Dancing is a big part of Nicole's body-fitting ritual, and she also confirmed that she learned that dancing and laughing give one better ab than crunches.

She Does Complex Workouts And Never Makes Excuses 

Nicole's fitness plan involves a variety of exercises that may seem too complex for weak minds. Once speaking about staying in shape in an interview, the Right There singer said her typical workout involves about 20 runs on the treadmill, squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, and yoga stretches. Not being in a gym has never been an excuse for Nicole to dodge her workout routine.

At home, according to Eat This, she usually opts for a spinning class called Soul Cycle or does hot yoga, a modified version of Bikram yoga, or hiking, and core power yoga. One of the key reasons Nicole is so successful in staying fit is that she doesn't skip exercises. Nicole wrote on social media that exercises are an essential aspect of her life as it helps her physical and mental health.

She Knows The Right Food Blend

Nicole may be in her 40s now, but she looks as young and stunning as she did over ten years ago. The singer's beautiful figure is partly thanks to her healthy diet, which she has been generous enough to share with the world. Nicole's diet is surprisingly simple. She does not deprive herself of what she desires while keeping things healthy.

Nicole, who used to have an unhealthy relationship with food, now starts her day with breakfast filled with protein and complex carbs. Her lunch is equally a healthy combination of fiber and protein, which helps her stay longer without food. For dinner, Nicole is usually too busy to cook and either order out or eat at a restaurant. Dinner most times is a mix of rice and some lean protein or a moderate portion of pasta and cooked veggies. 

 

Nicole is quite religious about the three important meals of the day, and this attitude has been a big part of her fitness. Nicole's eating habits have also been confirmed to be healthy as Mayo Clinic noted,

 

"Your body is a machine. And, like all machines, it needs the right fuel to run well — especially if you are active."
