She Dresses Incredibly

Thanks to her team of stylists and her own personal taste, Hailee always has great style. She knows what outfits highlight her best features and has the confidence to rock any look.

In her latest Instagram post, the Hawkeye star shared a series of photos featuring a stunning Versace ensemble. She was in attendance for Hailey Bieber's Rhode launch party and looked incredible in a sparkly crop top and tight-fitting ruched skirt. The silver-and-gray outfit proudly displayed her toned figure and taut abs.

She Works Out With Dad

Having a dad who is a personal trainer has helped Hailee develop a love for fitness at a young age. According to Hailee, her dad is pretty strict when it comes to working out. She dished on their adorable relationship in an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, crediting her dad for inspiring her to be healthy.

"Now, I go to him with certain goals that I wanna achieve and he knows what he has to do to get me there."

She Makes Time For Exercise

Despite her busy schedule, one thing Hailee can't miss out on is exercising. She sneaks in some form of physical activity, even if it's only 15 minutes.

"My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes," she told Byrdie.

She Loves To Dance

While she might have reservations about going to the gym sometimes, dance is one workout that she always enjoys.

"Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great," she told Women's Health.

Aerobic activity, which includes dancing, running, and swimming, are great for burning calories. According to Mayo Clinic, you need to do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise a week to enjoy its health benefits.

She Practices Self-Care

When things get too hectic, Hailee grounds herself by practicing self-care. Life on the road can be a challenge for the young star but she has developed her own care routine to help boost her mood. Candles and family pictures are essential, as she shared in an interview with Shape.

"I always feel like a candle does wonders. If you can take the scent of home on the road with you it's very comforting. That and a couple of pictures of family and friends. I also try to take time for myself, even if it's just a couple of hours."
