She Looks Fit And Stunning

 

The 33-year-old shared some snaps showing how she was enjoying a 'beautiful day in LA.' She uploaded three slides rocking a black mini dress and a multicolored jacket. The first slide showed her posing by a garden of purple flowers. She accessorized with a pair of gold heels, a gold necklace, earrings, and big shades. The rapper styled her wavy hair to perfection, wearing her jacket in an off-shoulder style to get the perfect sun-kissed snap. She looked fit and stunning in all slides, showing her flawless skin. 

She Stays In Shape

 Although she is always busy, Chanel created an easy way to stay in shape by being active whenever possible. Last year, she posted on her YouTube channel a few episodes of "West Coast Workouts'. The four episodes featured a showcase of her home gym. The gym consisted of a treadmill, stationary bike, mat, balls, and other workout items which were in her garage. The rapper also revealed she does quick workouts whenever she can. 

She Knows What Looks Good On Her

The rapper also talked about the importance of knowing what choice of clothing looks good on the body. Although there are no new episodes on "West Coast Workouts'', she still shares some clips of herself working out on her social media page. In a recent video, the "Easy" rapper looked fantastic in high-waisted pink booty shorts and a black sports bra. The clip featured her doing some core, arm, and leg exercises by the poolside. Channel's fit body proves that even though she was in her 30s, staying active played a vital role, among other things. 

She Inspires Others With Workout Videos

Chanel has been the co-host on MTV's Ridiculousness for ten years now and has won the hearts of millions of people. She is also quite famous for her toned physique. West Coast always shows off her curves on TV or social media, making it quite obvious she does her fair share of exercises in the gym. She does not only stay fit but also inspires others to do the same with her workout videos from time to time. Many admirers follow suit in her vigorous exercises to achieve a toned figure just like the rapper.

She Follows A Diet Philosophy

Unlike other celebrities, Chanel does not follow a strict diet but follows a simple diet philosophy which is: eating whatever she wants as long as she burns calories. She told Hollywood Life that although her diet contains healthy ingredients, she also eats what she loves, like burgers and pizzas, as long as she burns calories. " You need to work out!" she stated to The List.

According to Mayo Clinic: " The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends cutting calories by 500 to 700 calories a day to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds (0.5 to 0.7 kilograms) a week."
