Kaley Cuoco Flaunts Fitness For Horseback Riding Session

Kaley Cuoco is as fit as ever. The 36-year-old actress and producer flaunted her superfit body while she had a horse riding session.

She Does Horseback Riding Sessions

Kaley looked every bit the epitome of fitness that she is whilst having a horseback riding session. The Flight Attendant star seemed to be having a splendid time during her horse riding at what seemed like a race course. She was all smiles as she saddled a strong brown horse. She had on a black hunt coat over a white shirt and breeches. She added a pair of high black boots. Her head was protected by a black helmet. In another snap, the actress looked incredibly strong as she rode the horse over a hurdle.

She Balances It Out

When it comes to maintaining her shape, Kaley has always been a believer in balance. Although the Big Bang Theory star admitted to cutting junk food out of her diet, she has kept weekly cheat days to keep herself from feely deprived. Exercising almost every day is, however, a non-negotiable for this actress. She has found an exercise routine that helps her get into shape and tone her core. On March 23, 2021, the Instagram account Stick Mobility shared a video of Kaley trying their core-toning workout. "This is way harder than it looks!" said Cuoco. 

She Does Core-Toning Exercises

That is, however not the only way the trainer has been helping The Man From Toronto actress tone her core. On March 12, 2021, Sorensen posted a series of snaps of Kaley doing in some core-toning floor exercises, including planks, arabesques, and leg lifts. "Little snap shot on Fridays workout, good way to end the week with a little fine-tuning. Being able to work smarter and take care of your body is what it's all about. Especially at her age?" Sorensen joked.

She Switches Up Her Workouts

Regularly switching up her workouts is one of the things Kaley credits for keeping her in such pristine shape. The actress, who is a huge fan of horseback riding, has said she mostly rides for her mental health. When it comes to her physical health, she exercises in other ways. She loves spinning and hot yoga.

According to Mayo Clinic, fitness programs abound, from yoga and Pilates to step aerobics and strength training — either at home or in a gym. In order to create a workout tailored to your needs and preferences, you should ask yourself these questions: What is your current fitness level? Do you have any health issues? What are your goals? What activities do you enjoy? What can you afford?

She Follows A Pescatarian Diet

According to Insider, Kaley follows a pescatarian diet. The Wedding Ringer star tries to stick to healthy foods, and although she does not eat meat, she eats fish. In 2016, she told Women's Health magazine that though she was "done" with meat, she does eat fish. For breakfast, she usually has some peanut butter on toast. For lunch, she will have half of a sandwich, and for dinner, she eats fish and vegetables. If she needs a snack, she said she'll reach for an apple and peanut butter.
