The Don't Hold Your Breath songstress knows how to turn heads with her saucy bikini choices. In one of her many Instagram updates, Nicole served fans a steamy view as she slipped her trim body into a red frilly two-piece bikini. The bikini showed off her enchanting curves as she gave a sexy kneeling pose, basking in the evening sun. Her hair game and gorgeous, ageless appearance added a more alluring vibe to the scenic background. 

She Loves Kayaking

Daily Mail reports that the Pussycat Doll shared a glimpse of her end-of-the-year vacation in 2021, showing off her kayaking skill in a lake near her home in the US. Enjoying the great outdoors, the singer looked fresh-faced with minimal make-up and rocked a matching cream leisure wear.

Being responsible, she added a pink and grey life jacket as she enjoyed a nice time in the tranquil waters. The picture featured Nicole and a friend in respective canoes, having a great time. 

She Spends Quality Time With Her Family

Nicole and her boyfriend, Thom Evans, have spent Christmas with her family in America twice. The TV personality shared a glimpse of their stay, showing the fun time baking and attending church with her family. In another snap, she shared a passionate photo of herself and her former rugby star beau on a bench in a cabin as they looked lovingly into each other's eyes. 

She Keeps Her Workout And Food Varied

The singer likes to keep her workouts varied. A typical workout for Nicole is running the treadmill for about 20 minutes, doing some squats, sit-ups on an exercise ball, and yoga stretching. According to Women's Health, She had a different routine when she was home in LA, including taking a spinning class called Soul Cycle or doing hot yoga, hiking, and core power yoga.

In the UK, she is a fan of Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir and does a combination of functional training, martial arts, and ballet isolation exercises. Nicole also loves working out with friends to be motivated. She also eats a varied mix of food like eggs, toast, bacon, sushi, vegetables, pizza, Mexican cheese, and French fries, as well as others.

She Has Received The Best Health Advice

Over the years, Nicole was not always content with her body. Battling with bulimia made her feel 'imprisoned.' She told Cosmo how she used to wake up at night to work out to get smaller thighs. Now she has been able to accept her body and talked about the best health advice she received, "Love and accept yourself. Get lots of sleep - sleep really makes such a huge difference.

Drink lots of water. Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually, you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation". Mayo Clinic states, " If you have low self-esteem, harness the power of your thoughts and beliefs to change how you feel about yourself."
