Candice Swanepoel is stunning in summer swimwear with a love-filled post. Candice, 33, posted in a skimpy orange and crochet bikini recently, showing off her sculpted figure and toned abs, with a caption reading: "Made with love."

She's Religious With Her Skincare

Candice knows that great beauty starts with great skin. "I cleanse, tone, moisturize, and then do an eye cream religiously, twice a day. I use this gentle green tea cleanser that I get from Whole Foods. My serum is Biotherm — they have one called the Phyto Plankton. It takes two weeks to start seeing a difference so I'm putting it to the test," she told Refinery29.

She's Found New Wellness Time

The mom of two is busy, but despite raising kids, she's prioritized her wellbeing. "The amount of time I have [to dedicate to wellness] has changed," Candice added. "Now I have a lot less time to focus on myself...[Your metabolism] definitely changes after you have a baby. It’s really impressive. Having a baby is, like, extraterrestrial stuff. I’m amazed by how it bounced back and repaired. Creating a life in your tummy — it’s amazing."

She Packs In Smoothie Goodness

Candice has gotten her smoothie game down to an art. The former Victoria's Secret Angel has revealed: "My breakfast varies depending on my mood. I do a nice beauty smoothie. It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs."

Swanepoel added: "I’ve always loved nutrition and because I’ve worked out for so many years, I’ve figured out what’s best for my body and keeping my energy up."

She Loves Calming Yoga And Pilates

Joining celebrity yogis Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Aniston (and celeb Pilates lovers Kourtney Kardashian and Hailey Bieber), Candice likes both.

"Lately, I’ve been doing my workouts at night because I’ve had full days with my baby. I’ve been doing my own kind of yoga. It’s not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I’ve learned over the years. It’s calm: I can meditate through it and get some flow with some music," she dished.

She Eats Eggs And Cheese

Candice isn't afraid of a little saturated fat as she gets in her protein. "Sometimes I also like to have eggs and toast or make a grilled cheese," the model has said.

While eggs can get a bad rep, The Mayo Clinic states: "Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease. Some studies have shown that this level of egg consumption might even help prevent certain types of stroke and a serious eye condition called macular degeneration that can lead to blindness."
