Hailee looked absolutely fit as she displayed her toned midriff in a few glam snaps which she shared on her Instagram page. The Pitch Perfect actress looked absolutely glamorous in a glittery silver crop top that showed off her toned midriff as well as ample cleavage.

The crop top was paired with a fitted grey skirt that showed off her toned limbs. She added a pair of silver stilettos and a grey paper bag. She had her hair in a stunning side part look. She finished off the look with a pair of silver hoop earrings and silver rings.

She Cares For Her Mind And Body

Like many other celebs, Hailee appears to be juggling a lot of activities. Although she is definitely glowing through it all, it seems to be taking a toll on her. When that happens, she pools motivation by focusing on everyone who is a part of her shows, including the audience. When the singer-actress is off stage, she makes it a priority to care for her mind and body to avoid feeling drab.

She Has A Passion For Fitness

Hailee's father, Pete Steinfeld, is a trainer who has helped her train since she was little and that's probably where she got her passion for fitness. According to Shape, when touring, the Dickinson star sets time aside to work out, whether that is a 15-minute walk or getting a little cardio after the day's work.

For her, the gym is a safe haven where she is able to relax and de-stress. She keeps things interesting in the gym by switching up her workouts. Her favorite workouts include swimming, circuit training, and kickboxing, and although “running isn't my favorite but I'll still do it.”

Women's Health shares that Hailee loves to indulge in self-care activities like basking in the scent of candles. “I always feel like a candle does wonders,” she said. She faces haters too. She deals with this by doing things that keep her happy.

“I try to focus on the fact that I work hard to feel good and look good for me. It's about living for yourself and doing things that make you feel happy.”

When it comes to her diet, she does not “really stick to anything too specific.” Her diet is “pretty simple and clean for the most part.”

Though she enjoys spending time with family and friends, she likes to take some time out for herself during which she will get a massage or take a walk in a park. It is important to remember that self-care does not need to be elaborate, but it should be an ongoing personal practice. Basic self-care practices could include any intentional action or behavior that gives us energy and enhances our sense of well-being.
