She Looks Fit Doing Limb Stretches

 

 In one of her many Instagram uploads, the singer shared a picture of herself doing limb stretches while looking fit as ever. She wore a navy blue sweater and colorful yoga pants. Carrie paired the workout outfit with black sneakers as she showed off her fit physique. She leaned one leg on the yellow protector and let her wavy blond hair fall on her shoulders making her look even more stunning while doing the pose.

Carrie is known as a fitness icon and according to Daily Meditation, she has released a lot of yoga products. Yoga Photo Of The Day picked a picture of her sitting on the floor in a hamstring stretch ( a stretch for the calves, thighs, and lower back). In the picture, she donned a baby blue workout kit which was a matching tank top and yoga pants that showcased her chiseled shoulders perfectly. She also wore white sneakers and a black Apple watch. Mayo Clinic states, "Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of the body and mind".

She Is Peculiar About Her Diet

The country star characterizes herself as a vegetarian and a "wannabe vegan". Women's Health shares that Underwood grew up on a cattle farm in Checotah, Oklahoma. At the age of 13, she vowed to stop eating beef when she saw the cattle getting neutered. At first, she did not pay attention to nutrition or fitness until she came across online message boards during American Idol in 2015 which read, "Carrie's getting fat,". After winning American Idol, she went on a tour with other contestants and started reading labels, counting calories, and logging time on the elliptical. This made her feel good and she decided to take it further and consumed as little as 800 calories some days.

She Is Dedicated To Exercise And Clean Eating

In November 2005, Carrie noticed her energy level started to dip and felt she lacked the knowledge to create what worked for her. She wrote her first book, Find Your Path. It serves as a guideline for a healthy lifestyle. Now she can track calories and macros. She has a workout routine for her sculpted legs. Her leg workout involves moves like tuck jumps, Romanian deadlifts, walking lunges, and elevated sumo squats. She is dedicated to her exercise as it serves as an anti-anxiety medication. 

 She Workouts Out With Her Husband

Carrie considers her relationship with her husband, former NHL player Mike Fisher, a source of energy. Although their relationship seems like opposite attractions where he likes meat and she is vegan, the gym is a common ground for them. They work together whenever they can and also swap childcare duties. They also have similar strategies at home and are a good team when it is time for her to work. The couple does share their workouts on social media and serve as motivation to each other.
