Kendall, 26, gave off a sexy cowgirl plus bikini look in a couple of snaps which she shared on her Instagram page. The model looked gorgeous in a sultry flower print two-piece bathing suit while taking a mirror photo. She paired the jaw-dropping ensemble with a cowboy hat which she wore over her wavy brown hair.

She pushed her hips slightly out as she showed off her luscious curves while taking a mirror photo in what looked like a bathroom. Her tan skin had an attention-grabbing healthy glow to it.

She Tries To Keep Calm

For Kendall, like anyone with anxiety, it is a constant struggle to find ways to manage symptoms and keep calm under pressure. For one with a busy schedule like Kendall, there's a need to find ways to de-stress.

The media personality-socialite has had days when her anxiety and panic attacks have woken her up at night and have had to learn ways to combat them. According to Self, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashian” star said she found a new way to combat her anxiety symptoms.

She Practices Transcendental Meditation

Kendall told Vogue that she has taken to practicing transcendental meditation to help stay calm. “... And then one day, when I was having a freak-out—I was having multiple freak-outs—I was like, OK, I’m going to try this. So I found this lady, she’s awesome, she taught me TM, and I love it,” she told the magazine.

According to Mayo Clinic, meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace. “If stress has you anxious, tense, and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can help restore your calm and inner peace,” says Mayo Clinic.

She Enjoys Her Favorite Hobbies

Kendall shared her favorite quarantine pastimes and hobbies. Although the socialite lives a luxurious lifestyle, she is not so complicated when it comes to her hobbies. During an Instagram Live Q&A hosted by her partner Moon Oral Care, she revealed the things she has been doing, asides from staging sizzling photoshoots to keeping busy while social distancing.

Among her hobbies is painting and although she is not exactly the best at it, she finds art to be a form of therapy. “I paint a lot. I’m horrible at painting, but I just like doing it as a form of therapy,” she disclosed.

She Practices Daily Journaling

Something else Kendall absolutely loves is any chance to connect with her loved ones. She also enjoys going outside for walks with her dogs whenever she gets the chance. As she revealed when launching her mental health awareness initiative, Kendall also struggled with anxiety during those uncertain times.

Kardashian Dish shares that in addition to partaking in some of her favorite hobbies, she also made it a priority to keep her anxiety in check by practicing daily journaling. “I’m a big journaler, so I write about what’s going on in my life and my feelings and that helps with my anxiety,” she revealed.
