Candice always gets fans awestruck whenever she shows up on the screen or at an event; it's no wonder she became a Victoria's Secret Angel in 2010.

She Is Summer-Inspiring In Checked Outfit

The 33-year-old supermodel recently took to Instagram to share photos of herself exploring colors as she enjoyed summer. In the image, Candice posed for the camera rocking a yellow and white bralette, black and white checked bottoms, and a pink hat.

Candice completed her outfit with a detailed necklace, knuckle rings, and wrist bands. She referred to herself as "Mrs Summer" in her caption and fans seemed to accept the title as the post got over 50,000 likes shortly after it was posted. 

 

She Follows A Daily Beauty Ritual

When Candice's name pops up on tabloids what automatically comes to mind is her perfect skin tone, long firm legs, toned arms, and stunning face. Candice has graced the TV screen and runways for top fashion houses for years with her stunning physique and she shared the secret to her magical appearance in an interview with Vogue. Speaking about beauty, Candice revealed that the first thing she does once she is awake is have breakfast which varies depending on her mood. 

Asked what her daily beauty ritual is, Candice said she cleanses, tones, and moisturizes her skin. Sometimes, she adds a serum or a mask to her beauty routine depending on how her skin feels. While using a cleanser, moisturizer, and so on is something many viewers are familiar with, Candice revealed that the secret to an effective and healthy result is keeping things simple. 

She Has An Effective Self-Care Routine

Those seeking the secret behind Candice's beauty need to look no further as she has revealed some health tips once during an interview. Although Candice is naturally beautiful, she follows certain practices that help maintain her stature and keep her fit. This model shines from the tip of her hair to her toes and this is because her self-care starts with her hair. As someone who usually has people working on her hair, Candice uses hydration masks which she leaves on overnight and washes out in the morning.

She keeps in shape with yoga, swimming, and boxing. She also does paddle boarding but her favorite thing to do is Pilates. When Candice feels stressed she uses yoga breathing techniques to destress. Candice's body is proof enough that her self-care routine is highly effective but there are other reports that Yoga, and Pilates, which she does help both physically and mentally. According to Mayo Clinic,

She Takes  Wellness Seriously

Once speaking with The Cut about her beauty routine, Candice shared that wellness for her is about creating a balance between work and one's personal life. The Victoria’s Secret Angel never restricts herself from certain treats that she craves, and neither does she overwork herself at the gym. Candice does whatever is comfortable for her body. However, while Candice is a big fan of wellness her routine has changed over the years.

As her work gets more demanding she has less time to focus on herself but she listens to her body and tries to do what's best to stay in shape. One of the ways Candice stays fit is by dancing. She also praised Justin Gelband's efforts in building her body. During her discussion with The Cut, Candice revealed that she is lucky to be born with "quite a fast metabolism," which means her body burns calories faster.

She Tries To Work Out At Night

After Candice had her baby, Ariel, on June 19, 2018, she adjusted her self-care routine. Having a whole day dedicated to taking care of her son, Candice started working out at night. She also began doing what she once described as "my own kind of yoga." The South African model said in an interview with The Cut, that after becoming a mother, her yoga involved music, some Pilates, and squatting.

While it is not traditional yoga, this practice has been a great way for Candice to meditate. She also does her new exercise ritual at least twice a week and she confirmed that it helped anytime she felt overwhelmed and stressed.
